Dear Lord,

I join our friends in lifting up Jamie to You. Guide her and strengthen her in the desire to be healthy and honor You in what she eats. I also pray that she does not allow the desire to lose weight to overwhelm her or take more of her focus than it should. Help her to seek to please You and to do Your will and to know You better, more than any other goal. Show her Your power to diminish her appetite and make her healthier even as she places her focus on You and desire on seeking Your face. Help her to know she is beautiful and never to feel less than anyone else. Remove any worldly influences from her mind and from before her eyes as far as what is beautiful and what is not. Media and magazines often promote unattainable and unrealistic and in some cases very unhealthy sizes as beautiful. Give Jamie spiritual eyes to discern truth from lie and the wisdom and strength to make good decisions every day, that honor You. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Father GOD, I pray that you will help Jamie see that she is beautiful inside and out. I also pray Lord that you will giver her the will power she need to get to the healthy weight that she desires. In Jesus holy name I pray amen.

You are a gorgeous woman. But if you need to loose weight there is a lot of help out there on the internet. Currently there is a curves program that is free. Check to see if there is one in your area. I am starting it next week. It teaches you how to eat right and also gives advice on exercise. Good luck!

Dear Jesus we beg You touch Jamie, Dear Lord heal her bdy and make her lose all the weight she wants. Dear Jesus give her the strength and determination to face this challenge and do it with happiness and love for herself and for You. Dear Lord she cannot do it alone, lend her a hand, push her on Dear Jesus guide her to her goal. Thank You Jesus in You we trust.
