I need prayer for weight loss ! I've been dieting on & off for over a year now have gained 60 pounds & trying my best to overcome this weight ! Please pray for God to guide me during this time. Thank you so much & may god bless you all

I pray that God will give you the disipline to diet.You are a beautiful woman and I know you can do it. I suggest that you try visualizing the body that you want and let that image be your motivator. See it all through the day and night until it is brought to reality. God bless.

Lord, I am in agreement. Jamie, You are Beautiful, it is not what is on the outside that counts, but only on the inside. Lord, Would you guide Jamie into eating Healthy, and waiting patiently for the weight to come off, as she retrains her mind to eat Healthy Food, and just to eat in Moderation. Help her to exercise Lord, Give her the Motivation Lord to get at her healthy weight Lord, In Jesus Name Amen
