Please pray for me that I made the switch right to upgrade my assurance wireless plan. I can not get a live human being to talk to me. I have attempted to upgrade for twenty dollars extra per month, but it looks like all I did was top off twenty bucks. Then on the phone, it tells me I owe them twenty dollars plus tax. But the money is already in there. Please pray this problem can be resolved ASAP and that if needed, I can get a live human being on the phone. Thank you for praying.
