Strength, increased faith & guidance in the midst of the pruning process/storm. Also, that the Lord will bring vindication against my adversaries who unjustly plotted & lied against me. And vindication on those who joined them because they didn’t like me. ###

We come before the Lord together, lifting you up in this season of pruning and trial. The Word reminds us in James 1:2-4, "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing." Though the storm rages, we know God is refining you for His purpose, and we stand with you in faith.

Father, we ask You to strengthen in this time. Fill them with an unshakable faith, rooted in Your promises. When doubt or weariness creeps in, remind them of Your faithfulness. We pray for divine guidance, let Your Holy Spirit lead them step by step, illuminating the path ahead. Your Word says in Psalm 32:8, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you." We trust You to direct their steps.

Lord, we also bring before You the injustice done against . We rebuke the lies, the plots, and the malice of those who have risen against them. Vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19), and we trust You to bring vindication in Your perfect timing. Expose the truth, Lord, and let Your justice prevail. For those who joined in the wrongdoing, we pray they would see their error and turn from it. Soften their hearts, Father, that they may repent and seek reconciliation where possible.

We declare over that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). You are their defender, their refuge, and their strong tower (Proverbs 18:10). We speak peace over their mind, restoration over their spirit, and victory over every attack of the enemy.

Most importantly, we pray that would draw ever closer to You, Jesus. It is through Your name alone that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If there are areas where their faith needs to grow in You, reveal them, Lord. Help them to surrender fully to Your will, knowing that Your plans for them are good (Jeremiah 29:11).

We stand in agreement with , believing that this pruning process is preparing them for greater fruitfulness. May they emerge from this storm with a deeper trust in You, a stronger faith, and a testimony that glorifies Your name. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We hear the weight of what you’re carrying, the storm, the pruning, the sting of being lied about when you’ve done nothing to deserve it. That kind of betrayal cuts deep, and the ache for things to be made right is completely understandable. When so much feels stripped away, it’s hard to see past the pain.

Yet we also know this: the pruning you’re experiencing isn’t punishment, it’s preparation. The Vinedresser only cuts back what is alive, because He sees fruitfulness ahead that you can’t see yet. That doesn’t make the process gentle, but it does mean you aren’t abandoned in it. The very hands that allow the cutting are the ones holding you steady. Right now, strength might look like simply getting up each day and whispering, “Jesus, I trust You with what I don’t understand.”

As for the lies and the ones who joined in against you, your desire for vindication is a cry for justice, and God cares about truth far more than we do. We’ve found it helps to pour out that hurt honestly before the Lord, while also choosing, moment by moment, to release the outcome to Him. Carrying a demand for vindication in our own hands can quietly sour into bitterness. But handing it over to the righteous Judge frees us to heal.

One concrete step: if you haven’t already, share this burden with a trusted friend or pastor. Speaking it out loud in a safe place loosens its grip, and someone else praying with you can steady your heart in this season.

Lord Jesus, You see every lie, every unjust word, every heart that turned away. We ask for strength to endure this storm, for faith that grows deeper even when we can’t feel it, and for clear guidance, just the next right step. We release the need for personal vindication to You, the only true Judge. Guard our heart from bitterness, and in Your timing bring what is hidden into the light. Hold us close in the pruning, and let us one day taste the good fruit You’re cultivating. In Your name. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The tempest you now endure is no stranger to the child of God. You cry for strength, for increased faith, for guidance, and well you may, for the Lord Himself has ordained that these very trials become the schoolroom where faith is taught. To ask for faith is to confess you have some already, for He who pleads, “Add to my faith,” acknowledges a living seed within. That seed, though small as a grain of mustard, can do wonders when it casts itself wholly upon Christ. The disciples, faced with commands too high for nature, prayed, “Increase our faith,” and our Lord did not rebuke them. He rather pointed them to the simplest duty, that they might learn faith’s true character. So now, in the pruning hour, do not despair of the little faith you have. Peter, sinking amid the waves, could not boast of giant confidence, yet his cry, “Lord, save me!” reached the Master’s ear and drew forth the mighty hand that held him up. It is not the strength of your faith that saves, but the strength of Him in whom your faith reposes. Therefore, when your heart is overwhelmed, betake yourself to prayer, for little faith knows where its strength lies.

You plead also for vindication against adversaries who have plotted falsely and joined hands against you. This, too, must be laid at the mercy seat. To wait upon the Lord for your creed and your cause is to renew strength, for He who sees in secret will bring forth your righteousness as the light. But beware lest the desire for personal vindication breed a root of bitterness. The faith that saves is no barren sentiment; it works by love and purges away the spirit of revenge. Consider Him who, when reviled, reviled not again, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously. The shield of faith will quench the fiery darts of the wicked, whether they be whispers of slander or the malice of men who “didn’t like you.” Their enmity is a small thing when Jehovah Rophi braces every trembling part of your spiritual frame and lifts you above the fear of man. Vindication belongs to God, and He will bring it to pass in His own time, if it be for your good and His glory. Your part is to walk in uprightness, forgive as you have been forgiven, and trust the final verdict to the Judge of all.

Strength you need, and strength you shall have if your faith abandons every other prop and rests entirely upon the Lord. Those who wait upon Him renew their strength; they mount up with wings as eagles. This strength is not of the creature, it is derived, measurable, and soon exhausted. But when you submit yourself completely and trust entirely, setting both your strength and your weakness aside and giving yourself up for God to use you, then you shall renew your strength. The glory of a Christian is not in a show of human might, but in the power of Christ resting upon him. Go forward, then, not asking to be carried out of the storm, but to have your faith increased so that you may walk upon these troubled waters. The same Lord who bade Peter come, and who caught him when he began to sink, will perfect that which concerns you. He is the glory of your strength; and in the end, when faith has done its perfect work, you shall see that the pruning knife was never wielded in vain.

The pruning storm you endure is not a sign of God’s absence but of His careful husbandry. Just as the Lord first said to the paralytic, “Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee,” before commanding his body to rise, so He often stills the inner tempest of the soul before calming the outward winds. You ask for strength, increased faith, and guidance. These He gives, but not as the world gives. Faith is increased not in the calm but in the waves, when you learn that confusion comes not from circumstances but from the infirmity of our own minds. If we order the mind to bear all things contentedly, we shall have no storm, but a clear calm. Make your soul a heaven: though clouds of trouble gather, they cannot change the nature of the sky. The Sun of Righteousness abides there, and no tribulation can darken it if you refuse to let bitterness lodge within.

You also seek vindication against those who plotted and lied, and against those who joined them out of dislike. The desire is natural, but beware. To dwell on their offenses is to let the storm enter your own heaven. Remember the cloud of witnesses who surround us: they endured far greater wrongs without seeking their own vengeance. The Scripture warns that for those who sin willfully after knowing the truth, and who set themselves as adversaries against virtue, there remains a fiery indignation that shall devour the adversaries. But this is the Lord’s prerogative, not ours. Leave them to His just judgment. Do not let their malice provoke you to sin yourself; do not let railings and evil surmisings take root in your heart. When the soul is fevered with questionings about why the wicked prosper, it only stirs up strife. Instead, receive the faith that God sees all and will right every wrong in His time. Give thanks even in this trial, for the good things laid up for those who believe and live rightly are far weightier than this fleeting storm.

Pray then: not for your adversaries’ ruin but for your own steadfastness. Ask that your soul be raised to that high place where the storms of slander cannot reach. I will join my prayers to yours, that you may be preserved spotless and pure, and that your faith, once tested, may shine like a calm heaven after the rain.

You are in a season of pruning, a storm that tests what you truly believe. When the winds howl and the waves crash over your life, that is when the substance of your faith is revealed. Faith is not a vague wish; it is the solid ground for things hoped for, the evidence of what is not yet seen. It is the grip you have on the promises of God, even when every outward circumstance screams otherwise.

Strength does not come from mustering enough of your own resolve. It comes from remembering who God is and what He has said. Sarah was well past the age of bearing children, yet she received strength to conceive because she judged Him faithful who had promised. She looked at the impossibility and anchored herself in the character of God. That same faithfulness stands available to you right now. Your strength is found in clinging to His word, not in the absence of the storm. Prayer is the place where that strength is renewed. It is where you stop trying to hold everything together and let your heart rest in His hands.

You asked for increased faith. Faith is a gift, but it grows as it is used and tested. No testing feels pleasant in the moment, but a faith that has never been strained is a faith that remains small. The disciples thought they were perishing in the boat while Jesus slept, and they panicked. He rebuked their fear and asked why they had so little faith. Why? Because He had already told them they were going to the other side. His word should have been enough. The storm did not mean He had abandoned them; it was the very path to the destination He had promised. Your storm is not a sign that God has forgotten you. It is the arena where your trust is refined. Even if your own faith wavers at times, take heart. The great figures of Scripture all had lapses. Elijah, who called down fire from heaven, later fled and hid in a cave. A lapse does not define you. The faithfulness of God is what holds you up.

Regarding guidance: in the midst of the whirlwind, you do not need a new revelation nearly as much as you need to return to what He has already spoken. Stand on the promises of Scripture. They are the rock that will not shift. When you do not know the next step, you can be confident that He is leading you through the process. The pruning knife is in the hand of the gardener who loves you and knows exactly what is needed to bring forth more fruit.

And about the unjust attacks against you, the lies, the plots, those who joined in simply because they disliked you. That pain runs deep. It is natural to long for vindication, to want God to set the record straight and show that you were right. But faith entrusts that entirely to the Lord. He is the righteous judge. Vengeance and clearing of your name belong to Him, not to your own hands. True faith shows itself not by trying to force an outcome but by how you respond while the injustice remains unresolved. Your works in this season, choosing not to repay evil for evil, speaking truth, walking in integrity, do not save you, but they demonstrate that your faith is genuine and alive. When Abraham offered Isaac, his actions were the evidence that his trust in God was real. In the same way, your patient endurance while leaving vindication to God proves the reality of your faith.

Even before you see the answer, let your prayer turn to praise. Praising God in advance is not pretending the storm is not real; it is honoring the One who is greater than the storm. Abraham gave glory to God before there was any child, before his body showed any sign of life, because he had God’s promise. That is the kind of bold, releasing faith that pleases the Lord. So I am praying with you, not that you will merely escape the trouble, but that in the middle of it you will know His strength, your faith will deepen, and you will rest in the certainty that He will act on your behalf in His perfect time.
