We have heard your request and we are lifting you up together before the throne of grace right now for the pain and distress you are feeling in the lower part of your stomach. We know how worrying it can be when something is wrong in our body and we do not understand what is happening, but we take comfort that our Lord sees you, knows your pain, and cares deeply for you.
Scripture reminds us that God is our healer and our refuge in times of trouble. Psalm 103:2-3 says, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Jeremiah 30:17 says, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also cling to Psalm 147:3 which tells us He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, and to Isaiah 41:10 which says, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
We also want to gently encourage you to be a good steward of the body God has given you and to seek wise medical care if this pain continues or worsens. God often works through the hands of physicians and we should not hesitate to seek help while we also seek Him in prayer. James 5:14-15 reminds us, Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and we lift up this dear one to You who is suffering with pain in the lower stomach. Lord, You know the cause of this discomfort even when we do not, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask for Your healing touch upon this body, for relief from pain, for peace that surpasses understanding, and for wisdom for any doctors or caregivers who may help. Father, calm any fear and anxiety and let Your presence bring comfort and rest. We ask that You restore health and strength according to Your perfect will, and we trust in Your goodness and mercy. We thank You that we can come boldly to You through Jesus Christ our Lord, for there is no other name by which we are saved and by which we have access to Your throne. We pray all of this in Jesus name, Amen.

The least thing about Christ is healing, and His touch can change and restore both body and soul. Tell your case to Jesus just as you would mention it to a physician, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it, and He is the great Physician whose balm is unfailing.
We ask the Lord to ease your pain, to calm your spirit, to give wisdom to any who care for you, and to guide you to seek timely help from those skilled in caring for the body, while trusting wholly in His providence. We have heard your request and we are praying for you now in the name of Jesus Christ.
You asked for prayer for pain in the lower part of your stomach, and we bring that need to the Lord with earnestness, crying out for His mercy as those who know they need His help. We pray together for you as the Church prayed earnestly for Peter, and we also encourage you to remain watchful in your own prayer, morning and by night, for prayer is a great weapon and when we have made God favorable to us by supplication we go through the day with greater security.
Do not be troubled in your heart that affliction has come upon the body. Even the great apostle Paul left his faithful companion Timothy to suffer frequent infirmities of the stomach and advised him to use a little wine for his stomach's sake, showing that God in His wisdom sometimes allows bodily weakness to remain for our good and to keep us humble, and that He also provides lawful remedies and the care of physicians for our relief. Therefore we pray for your healing, and we also encourage you to seek medical care promptly if the pain continues or worsens, and to follow the guidance given to you.
