Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother ### and his prayer request for employment. Lord, You are the provider of all our needs, and we trust in Your faithfulness to guide and bless ### in his job search.
Your Word reminds us in Matthew 7:7, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you." We ask, Lord, that You open doors of opportunity for ###, leading him to the right job that aligns with his skills, talents, and passions. May he find favor in the eyes of potential employers and stand out among other candidates.
We pray for Your divine guidance and wisdom to be upon ### as he prepares his resume, attends interviews, and makes decisions regarding his career path. Grant him clarity of mind and confidence, knowing that You are with him every step of the way.
Father, we also ask that You provide ### with patience and perseverance during this season of waiting. Help him to trust in Your perfect timing, knowing that You have a plan and purpose for his life. Strengthen his faith and remind him of Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."
Lord, we pray that through this job search, ### will not only find employment but also experience Your faithfulness and provision in a tangible way. May this journey draw him closer to You and deepen his reliance on Your unfailing love.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
