Please pray for me... Please..Quickly...I need intervention
I just got this job..I was told I was hired part time..I assumed that would be 30 - 40 hrs every 2 weeks, that's what i was talking to the lady that hired me about her name is Cassy.
I started the job 9/27, and as of today 10/19 I still do not have an established schedule... I have been trying to get an established schedule since October the 1st. they have me on the schedule to come in for 2 days out of 2 weeks. at the end of Oct .come on now...they hired a new director of nursing..name Lisa..I think I rub her the wrong way..she say I was talking at her...she want things a certain way..i tried to explain to her that since Sept 27 until today 10/19/12. I've only worked there 8 days..i may have been a little excited when talking about it , some people are like that...why cant i just be myself?? I apoligized if I offended her, then she says, if its not done..then she says shes writing me up, because of what the people who works under me have done..thats' understandable but, if I'm learning the routine..Im new to the place ,though I'm not a new nurse.. I'm new to the facility..HuH??.. now I'm scared..because i need this job. I need to work.. I need to pay bills also, she stated that she is taking over the schedule next month..and that part-time is 32 hours or less now saying I would have possibly have less then 2 days?? that what i assumed .. and she said she has hired someone else to come in as full time..because she didn't know I wanted full time> All I want is a schedule with some days..she stated that, she heard what I was saying. now, I have to wait until next Sat to see if I still have a job..because i rub her the wrong way or until next month to get a schedule which could possible be 2 days or less.. I tried calling Cassy to try and get her to help me but have haven't called me back yet ..I need God"s help
