Please pray for me & my blended family

I am feeling sad and finding it hard to trust my step family. I am also feeling really guilty for hurting my Dad with a comment I made when I was feeling defensive. I am so ashamed to hurt him, he is lovely to me. My step family have different morals and are sometimes caring/kind and at other times manipulative but I lack the wisdom to know how to deal with it. I don't want to upset everyone, I just want to be able to relax and not get backstabbed.

I am an adult but this situation has gone on since I was ###.
