Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of hope and trust in Your divine plan. We lift up our dear brother or sister, ###, who is seeking Your guidance and favor in securing a teaching position. Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We stand on this promise, believing that You have a perfect plan for ###'s career and future.
Lord, we thank You for the qualifications and dedication that ### has shown in pursuing a career in teaching. We ask that You open doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8) and provide opportunities for ### to shine in the field of education. Grant wisdom, confidence, and the right words during interviews, and may Your favor be upon every application submitted.
Father, we also pray for peace and patience during this waiting period. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let ### feel Your comforting presence and trust in Your perfect timing.
We believe that You, Lord, are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to Your power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20). We thank You in advance for the teaching position that You are preparing for ### and for the impact that will be made in the lives of students.
