I don't know what the specific problem is, but in general, I think what happens is the devil takes a kernel of truth and builds it into a whole bag of popcorn, and in such a sneaky way we don't realize it until we're taken over.Like, it's not that the devil doesn't include ANY truth ,it's that he twists it around ,or tells 1/2 a story, and leaves out the rest.Like, let's say you went through an experience where you lost out on something. That is a FACT.But when he "whispers sweet nothings in your ear",he omits a few things.Like, ok, you got jobbed. But, he leaves out that Gods will wasn't that for you,BUT in the long run He could have something better.Or the verse,"weeping endures for a night, but joy comes in the morning."He also won't tell you that if you live till 90,and have a bad life, you still have all of eternity of Glory.{I'm not one to talk, I want what I want too.}But from my experiences, if it's a specific thing, I feel bad for a while, sometimes it even recurs when I think I'm over it, but after a while I "get it out of my system".Hopefully, and prayerfully, this happens with you.Amen.
