Lord please give this brother the comfort that he needs. Give him the strength and knowledge that with you he will never be alone. Help him to know that worrying about tomorrow takes the strength out of today and Lord help him cry out to you when these feelings start entering his mind. Help him to turn to You Lord for the comfort that he needs during this time - Amen
