I dont know if you know about this book -Prayers that rout demons.Its good to read from that book out loudly to confirm what is your spiritual position .Its quite useful and its based mostly on the Bible scriptures.Another weapon is worshiping God any time you were tortured ,this can be done by listening or singing christian songs,or reading from the Bible ,the worshiping psalms for example.
