Please pray for me. I have some plans with family tomorrow and it's my first real outing since being sick with covid. I'm testing negative for over a week now, but I'm still having lingering issues (coughing, heart rhythm, tiredness). Please ask the Lord to be with me tomorrow and to help me to get through the day feeling okay, and to be able to enjoy it (and to keep us all safe too). I've been looking forward to this for many weeks. Thank you and God bless you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is seeking prayer for her upcoming outing with her family. Lord, we thank You for the progress she has made in her recovery from COVID-19, as evidenced by her negative test results. However, she is still experiencing lingering issues such as coughing, heart rhythm, and tiredness.

Father, we ask that You would be with ### tomorrow as she embarks on this outing. Grant her strength and endurance to get through the day feeling okay. Lord, we pray that You would alleviate her coughing, regulate her heart rhythm, and restore her energy. May she be able to fully enjoy this time with her family, which she has been eagerly anticipating for many weeks.

We also ask for Your divine protection over ### and her family. Keep them safe from any harm or danger, both during their outing and in their daily lives. Lord, we trust in Your promise that You are our refuge and fortress, and that You will deliver us from every evil.

Lastly, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We ask that You continue to bless ### and her family, granting them good health, joy, and peace. May Your presence be evident in their lives, guiding and comforting them in all circumstances.
