Please pray for me. I am suffering panic

Please pray for me. I am suffering panic attacks and anxiety, and just found out that there is potentially catastrophic news coming at work tomorrow. I am overwhelmed with depression and just don't know what to do. I am despondent.

You need to just calm down and take it easy. Nothing bad has happened and you are just hearing rumors so take a deep breath and relax.  Try trusting God with your problems. HE cares about you and everything that is happening to you. He is reaching out to you right this very moment even as I am writing this to you. If you asked Him to He would even come and live in your heart as a constant companion and as a living Savior and friend. You really need Him. I'm just saying. You wouldn't have anything to fear ever again.
