Please pray for me, Im feeling a lot of stress, anger, anxiety, Im just feeling life isnt very good right now. Im just too angry. Please pray for God to give me a calming spirit, in Jesus name amen.

Dear Father, God, I thank you for yur grace and goodness. You are an awesome God. I ask tht your grace be upon me, and that you interfere in my life, please take away my anger, anxiety, stress, please fill me imensely with the joy of the Lord, in Jesus name amen

Isaiah 26:3    Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Keep your mind on the Lord, and "He" will keep you in perfect peace. 

Galatians 5:22    22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,23gentleness, self-control; 

God has already given us a spirit of calming in our new reborn spirit. He has given us Himself. God is love. God is joy. God is peace.  Etc.  

1 Corinthians 3:16   Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?

Philippians 4:6     6Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

God could not command us to "not be anxious" unless it was within our power to not be anxious. He is telling us "people" have to do something about our anxiety, and anger, and stress.  We can tell it to leave us if it is a spirit, or we can "decide" to not have it. Jesus told us not to be afraid and to not fear. He could not tell us to do that unless we were able to do it. 

Try this for a start.  Turn some praise and worship music on, sing along with it, and do some dancing to the music.  You cannot be praising, worshiping, and dancing and be angry, stressed, and anxious at the same time.

In the name of Jesus, I bless your life and body with the life of God.  Thank you Jesus.
