Please pray for me as of right now, I'm having trouble breathing. Shortness of breath, and I have asthma. It's been going on since about 6pm today to now. And I'm scared to try to go to sleep because I may not be able to breathe during the night. And I'm also having an excessive amount of saliva building up in my mouth and I constantly have to keep swallowing every few seconds. My heart is kind of beating fast. Please pray to God to heal me right now, and that I'll sleep and breathe good during the night. And wake up to be with my family here on earth in the morning. In Jesus' name, Amen.

I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. I had this when I had bad reactions to medications. Not saying it's that for sure but worth looking into.

Take a teaspoon of cayenne pepper in water and drink it. This can pull you out of an attack as long as you're not allergic. I don't know if it will interfere with inhaler meds or not.
