Please pray for me and my family. I'm a single mother of one, and for the past five years I have been supporting myself, my daughter, and my mother. Recently my mother's invited her husband to live with us without my approval. He is not a good person and has proven that over the past twenty years he has been with my mother. They would not work or try and find a job. They would order paid preview movies and then hide the bill when it came in. My mother opened accounts in my name and buy things without my knowledge and now I get to pay for it all. Found that she was taken money out of my account when I asked her about it she said she was paying the bills with it. Not true! I asked them to leave my house after her husband found it funny to pull his pants down in front of my daughter and her friend. They would not leave so I called the police. Now I'm finding that all the money she took to pay bills with, she didn’t. I don’t have the over five thousand dollars to pay now and I'm letting it get to me so bad that it is affecting my job.

Please pray that I will be able to have our water turned back on by food and gas, and I don’t want to lose my job. I'm scared!

I feel that God has turned his back on me because I threw my mother and her husband out. What do I do?

I have been where you are right now except it was my daughter. Talk to God. Tell him how you feel. Tell him that you are being faithful even during the trials. I know this sounds corny, but give it back to him and watch the miracles that can happen. When it looked like I would lose everything, God brought the most amazing people into my life. They gave me strength, courage, fed me, and helped me to pay some of my bills to get back on my feet. It has been a year and my credit is ruined only because I refused to file bankruptcy. Every day I tell God that he is in charge and I will accept what his will is. I promise God will answer. It may take a few days or even weeks, but continue thanking him. My daughter is so much better, not perfect, but at least she doesn't look like the addict she is. God is still putting the most amazing people in our lives. When I think I can't go another step, he is right there providing for me. You do need to talk to an attorney to make sure your identity hasn't been compromised like mine was. Remember you are not your mother or her ways. You are an amazing person. You are loved for who you are and what you do for everyone else. It's okay to be mad, and you didn't deserve what happened. However, you are a survivor, and you will come out of this stronger than before. Just make sure you change the locks on your doors. If you need someone to talk to, find me, and I will be happy to be your support system. You are going to need it. I didn't have anyone for me other than the wonderful people on this website.
