Your request has been heard and we are joining you in prayer before the Lord for you and your business.
We pray that God will grant you wisdom and clarity as you steward what He has entrusted to you. In a time of financial pressure, we ask Him to provide for your needs according to His goodness and to guide you to make decisions with integrity, diligence and peace. We pray that you would seek first His kingdom and trust Him both for daily provision and for eternal rest, remembering that true security is found not in riches but in faithfulness to Christ.
We lift up the three projects that are weighing on you. We ask the Lord to open the right doors in His timing, whether that be bringing suitable users or buyers, and to give you discernment to know how to proceed with each one. We pray for your tenant, that conversations about funding for the improvements you have already paid for would be honest and fair and would lead to a just resolution. We pray for your discussions with your brokers and your partner, that the Lord would give you all grace to speak truthfully, to listen well, and to pursue what is right and mutually beneficial. May He grant you a spirit of humility and wisdom as you lead those in your office, so that you may lead them well and serve them as Christ calls us to serve.
We ask God to keep your heart from anxiety and to guard you from making provision only for worldly gain, but to care for your responsibilities in a way that honors Him and promotes the health and good of all involved. May He give you strength for the work at hand, patience in uncertainty, and contentment in His provision, whatever the outcome.

Grant him wisdom beyond his own understanding, provide for his needs according to Your will, and lead him to walk in integrity and faith.
