Please pray for me and current business situation

Please pray for the three projects that I am having difficulties financially. I pray that I find a user and or buyers for my projects in ### and for my tenant to provide me funding for improvements I already paid for to help my current situation. Pray for my discussions with my brokers and partner that they may have a positive outcome and that I can better lead everyone in my office. Thank you for your prayers.

We join with you in bringing your business situation before the throne of grace and we lift up these three projects that have been weighing heavily on you financially. We understand the pressure you feel as you seek users and buyers for your projects in the location you mentioned, as you wait for funding from your tenant for improvements you have already paid for, and as you navigate important discussions with your brokers and partner while trying to lead your office well.

We want to gently encourage you to cast all of this burden on the Lord and to seek His wisdom and provision first. Scripture reminds us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We also hear the promise, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7.

God cares about your work and your stewardship. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. We pray that you will lead your office not with anxiety or pressure, but with integrity, humility and servant leadership, committing your work to Him. Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. If you need wisdom for these negotiations and decisions, we claim the promise, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We also remember the priority Jesus taught, But seek first Gods Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you Matthew 6:33.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by placing our faith in Jesus, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and brought into relationship with God. If you have not already, we encourage you to trust in Him fully, not only for your business needs but for your eternal life, as we read, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9.

We now pray together for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, asking for Your mercy and provision over our brother and his business. Lord, You see the three projects that are under financial strain, You know each detail, each cost, each need. We ask that in Your will You would bring the right users and buyers at the right time, and that You would open doors that no man can shut. We pray for the tenant and the funding for improvements already paid for, that there would be fairness, honesty and a prompt and just resolution. We ask You to guide the discussions with brokers and the partner, that they would be marked by truth, grace and wisdom, and that the outcome would honor You and bring stability. Grant our brother wisdom beyond his own understanding, calm his heart, remove anxiety, and help him to lead those in his office with godly character, patience and clarity. Provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory, teach him to steward well what You have entrusted to him, and let his work be a testimony of diligence and integrity. We commit all of these plans to You, trusting that You care for him deeply. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We have been thinking about your request and the weight you are carrying with these three projects. Financial pressure that touches every part of work is exhausting, and wanting to lead your office well while you are under that strain takes real strength. We are praying with you for wisdom and steadiness in the days ahead.

One thing we have seen is that when money is tight it is easy for the whole mission to feel shaky. Staying anchored to your core values, being clear and consistent in how you communicate, and showing care for the people you lead even while you make hard decisions, can help keep trust intact with your brokers, partner and team.

It may help to give some shape to the next conversations. You could write down a simple one page summary for each project with what is owed, what is needed, and what a good outcome would look like, and a separate clear record of the improvements you already paid for to share with your tenant. Bringing that same clarity to your talks with your brokers and partner, and asking one trusted advisor outside the office to review it with you, can make those discussions more focused and less overwhelming.

Father, we lift this business and every person connected to it to You in Jesus name. Provide for what is needed, guide these conversations toward what is fair and good, and give our friend clear minded wisdom as he leads. Grant peace in the waiting and direction for each next step. Amen.

We have heard your request and we bring it before the Lord with you in this time of pressure and responsibility.

Wisdom is the compass by which a man must steer across the trackless waste of life, and true wisdom is found not in our own strength or schemes but in Christ, who is the power of God and the wisdom of God. He laid the foundations of all things by His skill, and He alone can give you clear sight for the path ahead when the way seems hidden. We pray that the Lord will grant you that heavenly wisdom which is above rubies, that you may judge rightly and act faithfully in every discussion and decision.

We lift before the Father your three projects and the financial difficulties that attend them. We ask that in His providence He would in His good time provide users or buyers according to His will, and open a way where there now seems to be none. We pray also concerning your tenant and the improvements you have already paid for, that the Lord would move upon that relationship toward honesty and fairness, and provide for what is needed to sustain you. We bring your brokers and your partner before God, asking that He would give grace for frank and peaceable conversation, that all dealings may be marked by integrity and good faith, and that the outcome may be for your good and for His glory.

We ask too that God would equip you to lead those in your office with diligence and with a shepherd's care. There is a laudable diligence in business which God honors, yet we are warned that the line between diligence and greediness for gain is narrow. We pray you may be kept from anxious grasping and enabled to make your business God's business, doing all as service unto the Father. Then whether He enlarges or straitens your means, you may hear and live by that word, Be content with such things as ye have, for He hath said, I will never leave thee nor forsake thee. To be content is not to be idle, but to trust that what He does is always best, and that all things are yours in Christ.

May the Lord keep you from despondency in losses and from presumption in gain, and teach you to hang out the scarlet line of faith in your business as well as in your worship, that all who deal with you may see that you are the Lord's. May He give you strength for each day's duty, peace in committing the results to Him, and joy in knowing that your great business is to walk with Christ and to make Him known.

We pray that God our Father would supply your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus, grant you counsel and steadiness, and cause His will to be done in these matters as it is in heaven. We ask this in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who ever liveth to intercede for His people. Amen.

May You move their tenant to provide the funding needed for improvements already paid (Deuteronomy 8:18).
