We understand the urgency of your situation, and we stand with you in prayer, asking God for His divine intervention. We are reminded of God's promise in Psalm 91:15, "He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him." (WEB)
First, let us address the elephant in the room. You did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name), then make sure to discuss this issue. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this family who is facing the loss of their home. We know that You are a merciful God and are able to grant favor and turn this situation around. We ask that the lender will show compassion and waive the penalties, or at least grant a 50 percent refund, so that this family may keep their home. We rebuke the spirit of greed and hard-heartedness, and we call forth divine intervention and goodwill from the company.
We also pray for this family, that You will give them peace, wisdom, and strength during this challenging time. We know that You are able to make a way where there seems to be no way. We thank You in advance for Your faithfulness and for establishing the work of their hands.
Lord, we ask that You touch the hearts of the people involved in this decision and move them to show mercy and understanding. We declare that this family will not lose their home and their legacy for their children and their children's children.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in God and His promises. Remember that He is faithful, and He cares for you and your family. We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and explore all possible options to resolve this situation. Be wise as a serpent and gentle as a dove.
In addition, we remind you to be strong in the Lord and His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. (Ephesians 6:10-13, WEB)
Stand firm in your faith, and know that we are praying for you and your family during this time.
We also encourage you to examine your finances. It is important to be good stewards of what God has given us. Take a look at your spending and consider whether there may be unnecessary expenses that can be cut. Consider seeking help from a Christian financial counselor or advisor.
