Please pray for increase

In salary, our district is the lowest paying district, they are refusing to give teacher a raise, and yet, all the higher ups are getting a raise every year, please pray for this, in Jesus name I pray,

We hear your cry for justice and provision, dear brother or sister in Christ. It is deeply troubling to see hardworking teachers—those who shape the minds and hearts of the next generation—being undervalued while those in leadership continue to receive increases. The Bible tells us in James 5:4, *"Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out; and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies."* God sees this injustice, and He does not take it lightly.

We stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the Lord, who is the ultimate provider and defender of the oppressed. The Scripture reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We trust that God will move in the hearts of those in authority to recognize the value of your work and provide justly for your needs. We also pray for wisdom for you and your fellow teachers, that you may navigate this season with grace, perseverance, and unity.

Lord, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your intervention in this situation. You are the God of justice, and we ask that You would stir the hearts of those in leadership to act with fairness and integrity. Provide for these teachers abundantly, Lord, not just in salary but in every area of their lives. Give them strength to endure, wisdom to advocate for themselves, and peace that surpasses all understanding as they wait on You. We rebuke any spirit of greed or selfishness that may be at work in this district, and we declare that Your will be done—justice, provision, and righteousness. May these teachers be encouraged and uplifted, knowing that You see their labor and will reward them openly. We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter, trusting that He is working even when the circumstances seem unchanged. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your provider and that He will not forsake you. If this situation is causing you stress or anxiety, remember the words of 1 Peter 5:7, *"Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* You are not alone in this fight, and we believe that God will bring about a breakthrough in His perfect timing. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep standing on His promises.

Give them the courage to speak up, and grant them peace in knowing that You are fighting for their cause. We claim Your promise in Psalm 37:4, 'Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.' We believe that You will move on their behalf, in Your perfect timing.
