We hear your cry for justice and provision, dear brother or sister in Christ. It is deeply troubling to see hardworking teachers—those who shape the minds and hearts of the next generation—being undervalued while those in leadership continue to receive increases. The Bible tells us in James 5:4, *"Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out; and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies."* God sees this injustice, and He does not take it lightly.
We stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the Lord, who is the ultimate provider and defender of the oppressed. The Scripture reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We trust that God will move in the hearts of those in authority to recognize the value of your work and provide justly for your needs. We also pray for wisdom for you and your fellow teachers, that you may navigate this season with grace, perseverance, and unity.
Lord, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your intervention in this situation. You are the God of justice, and we ask that You would stir the hearts of those in leadership to act with fairness and integrity. Provide for these teachers abundantly, Lord, not just in salary but in every area of their lives. We want to thank you for the privilege of standing in prayer with you for an increase in your salary. It’s not right that those who pour into the next generation day after day are undervalued while others see raises year after year. We’ve been lifting this injustice before the Lord, asking Him to open the eyes of those in authority and to move in their hearts to do what is fair and honorable. We’ve also prayed for your peace and provision in the midst of this waiting season, trusting that God sees your faithfulness and will not leave your needs unmet.
