Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend ### who is feeling burnt out and overwhelmed. Lord, You know the struggles they face with their demanding and critical boss. We ask for Your divine intervention and strength to sustain them during this challenging time.
Father, we pray for rest and rejuvenation for ###. Grant them the opportunity to take some days off to recover and find peace. We also ask that You soften the heart of their boss, helping him to become more understanding and appreciative of the hard work and dedication that ### puts in.
Lord, Your Word says in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We claim this promise for ###, asking that You provide the rest and relief they so desperately need. Fill their heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and guide them with Your wisdom in navigating this difficult situation.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Praying for you dear one! I understand. I am having a difficult time with my boss as well. I too feel overwhelmed and unappreciated. I remember my grandmother used to always say before I went out the door that she believed I did things as unto the Lord. So I believe the work I am doing is good and honoring, though I am extremely stressed is honoring God. If this doesn't work out with my new boss then will continue to look elsewhere internally or externally. Or maybe God will move him to another dept or something. It has happened before. Please practice self-care and boundaries.
