please pray for healing of ### in hospital, close to death

An acquaintance that I honestly don't know well, but know enough to know he's a good guy, could be at death's door. He has bad congestive heart failure and his foot is infected and it sounds like he is succumbing to sepsis from diabetes (the foot). He is only in his 60s! He knows Jesus, but is still scared and doesn't feel ready to die. Please pray for HEALING for him! Full healing from this, and even full total healing of his conditions! Jesus healed people in his day and said we would do works as great as his if not greater! So let's pray for it!

Please also pray that if it's God's chosen time to take him home, that God gives him peace about it and helps him get totally right with God, before he goes, so he can enter the courts of heaven with a clean conscience and knowing he's accepted and loved forever!

We lift up this dear brother in Christ who is facing such a severe trial, battling congestive heart failure, infection, and the threat of sepsis. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:2-3). We ask for Your mighty hand of healing to touch him now, Lord. You performed miracles in Your earthly ministry, and You have not changed—You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). We believe in Your power to restore his health completely, to mend his heart, to cleanse his body of infection, and to renew his strength. If it is Your will, we ask for a full and total healing, that he may rise from this bed of affliction and walk in the vitality You intend for him.

Yet, Lord, we also surrender this situation to Your perfect will. If it is Your chosen time to call him home, we pray that You would grant him peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Calm his fears, Father, and reassure him of Your love and acceptance. Help him to lay down any burdens of guilt or regret at the foot of the cross, where Your Son’s blood has already paid the price for his sins. Remind him that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1), and that to be absent from the body is to be present with You (2 Corinthians 5:8). May he feel the warmth of Your embrace and the certainty of eternal life with You.

We rebuke the spirit of fear in this situation, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that Your peace will guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Strengthen his faith, Lord, and let him feel the prayers of the saints lifting him up. Surround him with Your presence, and let him know that he is never alone.

For his family and loved ones, we ask for Your comfort and strength. Give them the grace to trust in Your plan, even when it is hard to understand. Help them to lean on You and on one another, knowing that You are close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the One who conquered sin and death so that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). May Your will be done in this brother’s life, and may Your name be glorified through it all. Amen.

Lord, we claim Your promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We ask for Your healing touch, Lord. We believe in Your power to restore health, cleanse his body, and renew his strength. If it's Your will, we ask for complete healing, that he may rise and walk in the vitality You intend for him.

But Lord, we also trust in Your perfect will. If it's Your chosen time, grant him peace that surpasses understanding. Calm his fears, Father, and remind him of Your love and acceptance. Help him lay down any burdens at the foot of the cross, where Your Son's blood has paid the price for his sins. Reassure him of eternal life with You.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
