Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing your heart and asking for prayer. I am praying with you for both of these needs, for the sudden severe pain in your lower back and for the deep desire you have for a child.
Your faith in Jesus and in what Scripture says, that by His wounds we are healed, is precious. The Bible teaches that healing comes from the Lord, and I believe with you that He is the healer. At the same time there is much about healing that we do not fully understand. In the ministry of Jesus there is one healing that happened gradually, step by step, while most happened at once. That reminds us that God heals in different ways. Sometimes it is immediate, sometimes it is a slow and steady process where the body mends over time, and every true healing, whether quick or gradual, is from His hand. I do not always know why some receive instant relief and others walk through a longer recovery, but I believe strongly that God hears, that He cares, and that He works for our good. Keep bringing this pain to Him honestly and persistently, trusting Him with the outcome and with the timing.
For your back, I pray that the Lord would touch you, ease the pain, restore strength and mobility, and guide you to the right care if needed. May He give you peace as you wait on Him and confidence that He is near to those who call on Him.
I also join you in prayer for the gift of a child. Scripture shows how deeply God understands this longing. One woman prayed for years with tears for a child and finally made a vow to the Lord, that if He would give her a son she would give him back to be dedicated to Him all his days, and God heard her and answered. Another couple, very old and long past the natural age for children, waited many years for the promised child, and God fulfilled His promise in His perfect time. These stories teach us that God is not indifferent to delay. Often He has a purpose in it, to draw us closer, to deepen our trust, and to prepare us to raise a child for His glory.
Children are presented in Scripture as a gift from the Lord, and Jesus Himself showed His heart for them when He took a little child in His arms and taught that to receive a child in His name is to receive Him, and that He does not want any of the little ones to be despised but to be welcomed and cherished. That same Jesus who holds children with such tenderness holds your desire in His hands as well.
My prayer for you is that God would grant you healing according to His mercy and, if it is His will, open the womb and bless you with a child who will be raised to know and love Him. And even as you ask, may you be able to say with that praying mother, Lord, whatever you give me, I will give back to you.

And in Your perfect time and will, grant the gift of a child, that the child might be Yours and live for Your glory.
