Please pray for healing and relief from claustrophobia. I don't know where it came from or why I have it but it sneaks up on me at inconvenient times. I even have woken from bad dreams about tight spaces. I can't ride in the back seat of a 2-door car because I have a feeling of being trapped. It is irrational, but reasoning with myself doesn't lesson the anxiety and panic feelings. I would love to be free from this. I know I did not experience this as a child or teenager.
