As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your faith in calling upon His name is a testament to your trust in Him, and we rejoice in that.
Your desire to be free from medication and the weight of a psychiatric diagnosis is one we bring before the Lord with boldness. We pray that He will grant you favor with your doctor, softening their heart to hear and understand your concerns. May the Lord open their eyes to see His healing power at work in you, so they may support your journey toward wholeness. We ask that God would place His words in your mouth at the right time, giving you wisdom and clarity as you speak with them. *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1, WEB). Just as He moves the hearts of kings, He can move the heart of your doctor to align with His will for your life.
We also pray for your relatives, that the Lord would remove any spirit of opposition or control that may be influencing their hearts. Instead, may He fill them with understanding, compassion, and a desire to seek His will above their own fears or misconceptions. We ask that God would create opportunities for open, honest, and loving conversations between you and them—conversations that draw you all closer to Him and to one another. *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. We pray that the Lord would break every chain of bondage—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—that has held you captive. May He dismantle the strongholds of the enemy in your life, for *"the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:4, WEB). We ask that You would move mightily in their situation, bringing favor where there has been resistance, healing where there has been brokenness, and unity where there has been division.
