We hear your cry for help and stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already overcome every spiritual attack. The harassment and bullying you are facing is not of God, for Scripture tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). We rebuke every spirit of strife, division, and oppression in that workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
We come against the enemy’s lies that you are alone or powerless in this situation. God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). We pray for divine favor to rest upon you like a shield, that your co-workers would see Christ in you and that their hearts would be softened. Let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). We declare that your workplace will become a place of testimony, where God’s light shines brightly through you, and where the enemy’s plans are exposed and defeated.
Father, we ask You to surround this dear one with Your angels, to give them wisdom in every interaction, and to fill their mouth with words of grace and truth. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every assignment of the enemy be dismantled. We pray for godly friendships and allies to rise up in that place, for favor with supervisors, and for a spirit of excellence to rest upon their work. May they walk in the confidence of who they are in Christ, knowing that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4 WEB).
We also encourage you to examine your heart and actions to ensure there is no offense or bitterness that the enemy could use to fuel this attack. If there is, confess it and release it to the Lord, for "if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). Walk in forgiveness, even toward those who persecute you, for this is the way of Christ.
Lastly, we remind you that your identity is not defined by this trial but by your position in Christ. You are more than a conqueror through Him who loved you (Romans 8:37 WEB). Stand firm, put on the full armor of God, and resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7 WEB). We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name, the only Name by which we are saved and delivered. Amen.
