Christ’s washing alone gives you a part in Him, so receive His cleansing or have no share in His salvation.
We join you in lifting up your precious daughter and this important doctor appointment tomorrow before the throne of grace together in Jesus name.

Our hearts go out to you as a parent watching your child hurt and waiting so long for healing. We know the worry you feel that activity may have set her back, and we bring that fear to the Lord who sees her and loves her even more than you do. We pray for complete and total restoration of that leg, for wisdom for the doctors, and for peace for you both as you wait.

We are reminded of the Lord's promise to heal, for He says in Jeremiah 30:17, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And in Psalm 147:3, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We cling to the truth that He is Yahweh who heals you as declared in Exodus 15:26, and that He is able to do miraculously what medicine alone cannot.

We also notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why we pray in His name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12. It is because of what Christ did for us on the cross and through His resurrection that we can come boldly to God and ask for healing and mercy, trusting that He hears us.

So together we pray, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear daughter to You. You know every detail of her injury, every day of slow healing, and the new pain she is feeling now. We ask that You would touch that leg with Your healing hand, mend bone and tissue completely, relieve her pain, and let tomorrow's appointment bring good news and clear direction. Give the doctors wisdom and discernment to see exactly what is needed and to guide her recovery well. We pray that there has been no setback, and even if there has, that You would redeem the time and bring miraculous and complete healing according to Your will. Comfort this mother with Your peace that surpasses all understanding as promised in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Strengthen this young girl's heart and help her not to be afraid, for You have said in Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. We ask all of this in the healing and saving name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust Him through this appointment and the days ahead. Keep bringing your requests to Him with thanksgiving, and rest in His care for your daughter. We are praying with you for a positive report tomorrow and for the Lord to perfect her healing in His timing and for His glory.

We are holding you and your daughter in prayer as that appointment approaches tomorrow.

Six months is a long time to walk with a slow healing, and we can hear how much you hoped this step back into activity meant she was turning a corner. It's completely understandable to feel that knot of worry now that she is hurting again and to wonder if something has been set back.

We are joining you in praying for clear answers tomorrow, for wisdom for her doctor, and for her leg to heal fully and strongly. We pray too for peace for you both in the waiting.

One small thing that often helps for an appointment like this is to bring a brief note with when the pain returned, what activity she had just resumed, where it hurts most, and any questions you most want answered. It can make it easier to remember everything when you are feeling anxious in the room, and to leave with a clear plan for next steps. We are glad she is being seen and encourage you to share all of your concerns openly with her care team.

Father, we lift this precious daughter to You and ask for Your healing touch on her leg. Give her doctors wisdom and give this family clarity and comfort tomorrow. Calm their hearts and help her body to mend completely in Your care. In Jesus' name, amen.
