Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother ### who is struggling with alcoholism. Lord, we know that You are a God of deliverance and healing. We ask that You break the chains of addiction that bind him and restore his life and relationships.
Your Word says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We pray that ### finds strength in You to overcome this battle. Grant him the courage to seek help and the wisdom to make the right choices.
Lord, we also pray for his wife and their relationship. Bring healing and trust back into their marriage. Let Your love and peace reign in their home.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I’m very sorry to hear about your struggle, friend. I just said a prayer for you. May the Lord work mightily in your circumstances, deliver you from your addiction to alcohol and help you experience His peace and strength in a special way during this time. A friend of mine found them very caring and understanding. You may also want to check out this link for some helpful information. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this comforting thought from the psalmist: "I sought the Lord, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears." (Psalm 34: 4).
