We are truly saddened to hear about the situation with your son, ###. Let us first come together in prayer.
"Father in heaven, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up ### and her son. Lord, we ask for your mercy to be poured out on them. We pray that the judge will also show mercy and that somehow, according to your will, these charges may be removed from her son's record. But more importantly, Lord, we pray for a change in her son's heart, mind, and soul. May this situation be a wake-up call that draws him closer to you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We are reminded of Isaiah 43:25, "I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake; and I will not remember your sins." God's mercy is boundless, and we believe that He can turn any situation around for good.
However, we must also remember that actions have consequences, and it's important for your son to understand the gravity of his actions. Romans 13:1-2 tells us, "Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment."
We encourage you to support your son, but also to help him understand the importance of taking responsibility for his actions. This experience can be a powerful lesson and a turning point in his life.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in prayer for this mother’s son, who is facing serious legal troubles after being arrested for DWI and evading arrest. Lord, we humbly ask for Your mercy and grace to be upon him in this difficult situation. We pray that You will move in the heart of the judge to show compassion, and if it is in Your will, that the charges will be removed and will not remain on his record. As Psalm 103:8 reminds us, "The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love," we ask that Your mercy flows abundantly in this case.
Father, we also pray for a deep and transformative change in his heart, mind, and soul. Your Word promises, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you" (Ezekiel 36:26). We ask that You touch his life in a powerful way, that he may turn away from harmful paths and walk in the light of Your truth and love. Guide him to repentance, healing, and restoration through Your grace, Lord.
