We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles you are facing, and we are here to pray and offer guidance based on biblical principles. Remember, it is only in Jesus Christ that we find true hope and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!"
We commend you for wanting to do the right thing and help others, as this is a reflection of Christ's love within you. However, we must also address the feelings of despair and suicide which you mentioned.
Firstly, let us remind you of your value and purpose. You are created in God's image (Genesis 1:27 WEB), and He has a unique plan for your life (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Even in your struggles, God can bring forth good (Romans 8:28 WEB). Therefore, it is crucial to hold onto hope and not give in to thoughts of suicide. As it is written in John 10:10 WEB:
"The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."
Regarding the persecution you are facing, remember that Jesus Himself was persecuted, and He warned us that we would face similar trials (John 15:20 WEB). However, He also promised that He has overcome the world (John 16:33 WEB). Therefore, we should not be discouraged but instead, keep our eyes fixed on Jesus.
As for those who are persecuting you, Jesus commands us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB). This is not an easy task, but with God's grace, it is possible.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is feeling beaten down and overwhelmed. Lord, we ask for Your comfort and strength to surround them in this difficult time. Help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith.
Lord, we also pray for those who are persecuting them. We ask that Your love would touch their hearts and bring them to a place of repentance. We pray for a miracle in this situation, that Your will would be done, and Your name would be glorified.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we strongly advise you to seek godly counsel and support from your local church or Christian community. They can provide you with practical help and encouragement as you navigate this challenging time. Always ensure you are worshiping God in spirit and truth, praying to no one or nothing else.
