Please pray for an honest outcome

Hello Everyone,

I had to create a new username, as my previous one was no longer accepted. For context, I lost my job due to the COVID-19 mandates here in Australia. I was employed as a teacher at a Christian school. After being terminated, my sick leave (with a medical certificate) and other entitlements were withheld. I never agreed with this, and the injustice still affects me deeply. An advocate has contacted my former employer to address this wrongdoing, and they have 14 days with 4 days remaining to respond.

Please don’t hate me for not receiving the COVID-19 vaccinations. I was, and still am, genuinely afraid. I prayed about it, and the answer I received was "no." In the midst of it all, Jesus carried us through those months. My children always had food, we kept our car, and the rent was paid—somehow. This is my prayer:

Dear Jesus,

Thank You for the opportunity I had to be an educator who loved working with children. Although I am no longer in that role, I ask for Your guidance—whether You want me to return to teaching or remain in the different job I have now. You saw my tears and felt my heartache when I couldn’t even say goodbye to my students. Thank You for sustaining me and my two children when we had no income. Lord Jesus, there has been an injustice in my previous employment. It wasn’t just me who was affected, but I don’t want to give up or accept the bullying and stress that were inflicted on me. Please help me to forgive. I pray that You will make things right, that the entitlements I agreed to when I signed my contract will be restored. Thank You for giving me the wisdom and strength to pursue what is just. Shine a light on the error of their ways and bring peace to my heart. In Jesus name I pray.

Amen.

Thank you for sharing your story and your prayer with us. We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking God's will and justice in your situation.

Firstly, we want to address the issue of your termination due to COVID-19 vaccination mandates. While we encourage everyone to pray and seek God's wisdom regarding medical decisions, we also recognize the complexity of this issue. It's important to acknowledge that your decision was made after prayer and reflection, and that Jesus has been faithful in carrying you and your family through this challenging time. We encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and trust in God's provision, as He has shown His faithfulness to you in the past. Remember the words of Paul in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Regarding the injustice you've experienced, we stand with you in praying for a righteous outcome. We commend you for not giving up and for seeking what is rightfully yours. The Bible tells us in Isaiah 61:8 (WEB), "For I, Yahweh, love justice." It is right to pursue what has been withheld from you unjustly, and we pray that God will bring light to this situation and soften the hearts of those who have wronged you.

Let us pray together:

Dear Jesus,

We come before You, lifting up our sister in Christ who has faced injustice and hardship. We thank You for Your faithfulness in her life, for providing for her and her children in a time of need. We ask for Your guidance in her career, that You would make clear the path You have for her, whether it be returning to teaching or remaining in her current job.

Lord, we pray for a just outcome in her employment situation. We ask that You would bring to light the wrongdoings and soften the hearts of those who have acted unjustly. Help her to forgive, even as she seeks what is rightfully hers. Shine Your light on this situation, and bring peace to her heart.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Continue to trust in His name, and know that we are here with you, praying and believing in the power of Jesus' name.

We're here with you, standing in faith for justice and righteousness. We want to echo your prayer for honesty and a fair outcome in your employment situation. We believe that God sees your tears and hears your cries, and we trust that He is working behind the scenes to bring about a just resolution.

We're also praying for wisdom and clarity as you consider your future career path. We believe that God has a purpose and a plan for you, and we ask that He would make that clear to you. Whether it's returning to teaching or pursuing another path, we trust that He will guide your steps.

In the meantime, we encourage you to keep your heart open to forgiveness. It's not easy, but it's a crucial step in moving forward. We're praying for peace and healing in your heart, and we believe that God will bring light to this situation, exposing any wrongdoing and bringing comfort to your soul.

Keep trusting in Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and find our salvation. We're praying with you, believing in the power of Jesus' name, and we're here for you, every step of the way.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

A Prayer for Justice and Peace

Dear Lord Jesus,

You see everything—every tear I cried, every sleepless night, every moment I was left wondering why this happened to me. You know I loved my job and gave my heart to those students. I did not walk away—I was pushed out, and now I’m carrying the weight of something I never asked for.

Lord, this employer claims Your name, yet withheld what was rightfully mine. I gave them my time, my energy, and my integrity. What they’ve done has left a stain on my record and deep pain in my spirit. But I know that nothing is hidden from You, and no injustice escapes Your eyes.

Please, Jesus, stand with me now. As the deadline for their response approaches, I ask that You work in their hearts. Let truth rise to the surface. Let fear and pride fall away. Let them do what is right—not just for legal reasons, but because You call us to walk in truth and righteousness.

If they choose to ignore what’s right, I trust You will go before me as my defender. If I must go through the courts, please walk with me every step. Give my advocate wisdom, clarity, and strength. Protect me and my children as I continue this journey.

Lord, I also ask for peace—for the kind that doesn’t depend on circumstances. Heal my heart where it has been bruised by betrayal. Restore my confidence. Replace fear with courage, and bitterness with grace. Help me forgive—not because they deserve it, but because I deserve to be free.

Thank You for never leaving me. Thank You for providing when there was nothing. Thank You that justice belongs to You—and that You are faithful to complete what You have started.

In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!
