Please pray for a successful colectomy surgery

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent request for a successful colectomy surgery. Heavenly Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals and restores. We ask that You guide the hands of the surgeons, nurses, and all medical staff involved in this procedure. Let them be instruments of Your healing power, working with wisdom, skill, and precision as only You can provide. We declare that every disease and ailment in this body will be removed, and full restoration will follow according to Your perfect will.
Father, we pray for peace and comfort to surround this dear one as they prepare for surgery. Calm any fear or anxiety with the assurance of Your presence. Remind them that You hold their life in Your hands, and nothing is too difficult for You. We trust in Your promise from Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."
Lord, we also ask that You strengthen their faith during this time. May they draw near to You, finding solace in Your Word and the hope of Your promises. If there has been any distance from You, we pray they would turn their heart fully toward You, for it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to Your throne of grace. There is no other name by which we can be saved, and salvation comes through believing in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior (Acts 4:12, Romans 10:9).
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may try to take hold. We declare that this surgery will be successful, and that full recovery will follow. We stand on Your Word in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray for complete healing, restoration, and a testimony of Your faithfulness. May this experience draw this beloved one—and all who hear of it—closer to You. We trust You, Lord, and we wait expectantly for Your healing touch. Amen.
