My mother had a stroke over a year ago, which left the left side of her body paralyzed. We had believed that Jesus would heal her, but last November she was diagnosed with Stage IV nasopharyngeal cancer. She was originally scheduled to begin immunotherapy on March 11, but recently she has been experiencing severe vomiting after eating, which appears to be a side effect of the chemotherapy medication. My sister has decided to pause the immunotherapy treatment to avoid causing similar side effects. Instead, on Thursday, February 26, my sister plans to take my mother to see the ocean at a place she has always longed to visit. The one-way drive will take more than three and a half hours. My mother currently has poor circulation; her legs and feet are prone to inflammation, and she also struggles with constipation. Because staying overnight would be inconvenient, they plan to make the trip there and back in one day. We are concerned about whether her physical strength will be enough for such a long journey. Please pray that God will watch over my mother, grant her sufficient strength and stamina, and bless her with a peaceful and joyful experience. Pray also that God will give my sister strength and wisdom as she cares for our mother throughout the trip, and that He will protect them and grant them safety in their travels. Thank you so much for your prayers.
