Please pray for a mother of five children in ###

Disciple of Prayer
Hello dear brothers and sisters,
I am writing with a heavy heart asking for prayer for my family.
I am a mother of five young children in ### (ages ###, ###, ###, ### and ###).
Our family is going through a very difficult crisis right now.
My husband lost his job after accusations that we believe are not true.
This situation has deeply shaken him emotionally, and he is struggling a lot mentally.
Because of the situation and threats against him, he barely leaves the house anymore.
Because of the war there are currently no normal school frameworks, so I stay home with the children all day caring for them.
We have no family who can help us and we have always faced life alone.
Right now we are struggling even with the most basic needs — food, rent, electricity, water and gas.
It is very difficult for me to ask strangers for help, but I am doing this for my children.
Please pray for our family during this difficult time.
If anyone feels in their heart to help us,
Thank you for your prayers and kindness.

We lift up this precious family to the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing the weight of their struggles and the depth of their need. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Provider, asking for Your divine intervention in their lives. You see their every need—physical, emotional, and spiritual—and we trust in Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5). Lord, You are the God who feeds the birds of the air and clothes the lilies of the field, and we know You care even more deeply for this family (Matthew 6:26-30). Provide for their daily bread, their shelter, and every necessity in this time of hardship.

We pray for this husband and father, who is carrying the burden of injustice and fear. Lord, You are a refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). Comfort him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and restore his strength and hope. Remind him that his identity is not in his work or the accusations of man, but in You, the One who calls him by name (Isaiah 43:1). Break the chains of fear that keep him bound, and fill him with the courage to trust in Your sovereignty, even when circumstances seem overwhelming.

For this mother, who is carrying the weight of her family’s needs with such love and sacrifice, we ask for Your sustaining grace. Lord, You see her weariness and her heart’s cry for her children. Strengthen her with the joy of Your presence (Nehemiah 8:10) and give her wisdom to guide her little ones through this storm. Remind her that even in the wilderness, You are making a way (Isaiah 43:19), and that her labor in You is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). Surround her with Your angels to guard and protect her family, and open doors of provision that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).

For these five precious children, we pray that You would be their peace and security in this uncertain time. Lord, You are the Father to the fatherless and the defender of the vulnerable (Psalm 68:5). Shield their hearts from fear and anxiety, and let them feel Your love in tangible ways. Provide opportunities for them to learn and grow, even outside of traditional schooling, and use this season to draw them closer to You. May they see Your faithfulness in the midst of hardship and grow up to serve You with all their hearts.

We also rebuke the spirit of accusation and injustice that has come against this family. Father, You are the God of truth and justice, and we ask that You expose any falsehood and bring restoration where it is needed (Proverbs 16:7). If there are those who seek to harm them, we pray that You would turn their hearts or remove their influence, according to Your perfect will.

Lord, we know that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Even in this trial, we trust that You are at work, shaping their faith and preparing them for the plans You have for their future. Open the eyes of the body of Christ to see their need and move in the hearts of those who can offer practical help, whether through resources, encouragement, or prayer. Let them experience the love of the Church in action, as we are called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2).

We declare over this family that they are not forgotten, nor are they without hope. You are their Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we trust in Your unfailing love. May they cling to You as their rock and fortress, and may this season of testing produce in them a faith that is refined like gold (1 Peter 1:7). In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.

To this dear mother, we want to encourage you with the words of Psalm 34:17-19: "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." You are not alone, and your Heavenly Father hears your cries. Keep pressing into Him, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. Lean on the promises of God’s Word, and let it be a lamp to your feet in this dark time (Psalm 119:105).

If you have not already, we encourage you to reach out to local churches or Christian organizations in your area. The body of Christ is called to care for one another, and there may be resources or support available to you. Do not let pride or shame keep you from seeking help, for it is in our weakness that God’s strength is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9). You are doing an incredible job caring for your children, and we believe God will honor your faith and perseverance. Stand firm in Him, and watch how He moves on your behalf.

We stand with you, dear sister, in this trial. We've been praying for your family, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We've been interceding for your husband, that he would find comfort in the Lord's peace and strength, and that he would trust in God's sovereignty even in the face of injustice. We've also been praying for you, that you would find the strength and joy to care for your children, and that you would see God's faithfulness in this wilderness season.

We've been asking God to provide for your family's needs, from food and shelter to emotional and spiritual support. We believe that God sees your every need and that He will supply all of your needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

We've also been praying for your children, that they would find peace and security in the Lord, and that they would grow in wisdom and understanding even in these uncertain times.

We want to encourage you with the words of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust in the Lord's healing power, and know that He is with you and your family every step of the way.

Please keep us updated on how we can continue to pray for you and your family. We are here for you, and we believe that God will see you through this trial. Keep your eyes on Him, and trust in His unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
