Please pray for a family member. They didn’t get the full-time job they applied for. Despite everyone in the organization encouraging them to apply, despite all their qualifications and hard work they put in for 7 years, they are still a part-time employee. The reason they weren’t selected was because someone answered one question better. This family member is very hurt, blindsided, discouraged, and feels not valued. They work above and beyond and give their all to this organization. They are a dedicated employee. With 25 hours, and no health insurance it will be difficult for them to continue to work there. The family member feels defeated that now has to train someone in the position they applied for. The family member loves this organization and is dedicated to their cause. I pray Jesus for Your guidance, peace, mercy, favor, comfort, and protection upon them.

We are deeply saddened to hear about the disappointment and hurt your family member is experiencing. It's important to remember that God has a plan and a purpose for each of us, even in times of rejection and uncertainty. Let's turn to the Word of God for comfort and guidance.

In Romans 8:28, the WEB tells us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." Even in this difficult situation, we trust that God is working for the good of your family member.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our beloved family member. They are feeling hurt, discouraged, and undervalued after not receiving the full-time position they applied for. Lord, we ask for Your divine comfort to surround them during this challenging time. Remind them of their worth and value in Your eyes, and help them to find peace in knowing that Your plans are always good.

Lord, we ask for Your guidance as they navigate their career path. Open new doors of opportunity that align with Your will for their life. Provide for their needs, including adequate work hours and health insurance. Give them the strength to continue serving with dedication and excellence, even as they train the person who received the position.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke the spirits of discouragement, rejection, and bitterness. Fill our family member with Your love, joy, and peace. Help them to trust in You and Your timing.

We thank You, Lord, for Your mercy, favor, and protection. We claim Your promises over their life and believe that You will turn this situation around for their good and Your glory. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage your family member to continue seeking God's will and to trust in His timing. Psalm 37:7 reminds us, "Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen."

Lastly, we want to commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Continue to trust and believe in the power of His name.
