Please pray for 4-month-old Stellan aka "MckMuffin"

Please pray for 4-month-old Stellan aka "MckMuffin" at mycharmingkids.net which is a blog I follow. He was diagnosed in utero with a heart condition and his parents were told he would die before he was born. Through the power of prayer and the grace of God, Stellan was healed!! Now, at 4 months old, he has a surprise illness of his heart. His family requests prayers that his heart rate would return to normal and that they would stay focused on God's plan for their family. They know there is a purpose in this trial, and want to lean on their understanding of God's word. In Jesus' name, I lift Stellan up for a healthy heart and normal heart rate.

"For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all." II Corinthians 4:17

These troubles with Stellan feel to me to be far from light and momentary, yet I do understand, that in the very grand scheme of thing, they are exactly that. On one hand, I am very not okay with what is happening. That is hard for me to explain at the moment. This are heading quickly in a direction I do not want them to go. Yet I also have a sweet peace that God is okay with what is happening, and I am going to choose to let the be enough for me.

Dear Lord,

I pray for this precious child, and for his family. Father please show mercy and grace and Your awesome power in healing Stellan's heart. You have allowed this for some reason only You know for now. I trust in Your goodness and justice and great love for this little one and for his family and I pray You help his family to do so as well. When fear and doubt tries to crouch in, Lord help them rebuke it and claim truth, claim the undeniable fact that they know You love them and that You love this child even more than they do. So please give them strength as they walk this very difficult road. May Your rod and Your staff guide them as their faithful and totally trustworthy Shepherd. And heal in Your perfect time with Your mighty power every malfunctioning part of little Stellan's body. In Jesus Name, I pray, Amen.
