Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Could you pray for the moral integrity of the authorities to intervene? THANK YOU

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: On Sunday, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

Please pray that God softens hearts so that people can hear the voice of His Spirit and act righteously. Please also pray in Jesus' name for strength so that people have the courage to speak up for those who are weak, weary, old, sick, or anyone who endures the influence of aggressive neighbours and associates.

Please also pray that the aggressive neighbour cooperates with the authorities and admits to the harm he has caused and the threats he has made. May God stop him from lying.

Please also pray for the neighbours who have decided to take legal action against the harassment and aggressive behaviour in the house, and ask God to give them strength and justice. In Jesus' name, I ask all these.

Due to previous disturbances to peace and calm, please pray in the name of Jesus that

1. Alcohol consumption will be prohibited in common areas in the house. (He started drinking alcohol again yesterday.)

2. Just as two locked doors prevent the aggressive neighbour from entering other houses or going upstairs, please pray that he will not be allowed to enter the second security door where the glass was broken, if it is a good solution and legally possible, as he cannot control himself. This way, he would not be able to disturb me or the other neighbours, as he lives in a separate area.

Update: on Wednesday, someone was heard shouting in the house: "I will rape you (with a rude word) if I hear your (vulgar words) dog barking again at night" and other rude threats and words... Please pray in Jesus' name for help to stop this from happening again. Please pray that those in authority respond righteously.

We join you in lifting up this neighborhood, your safety, and the urgent need for God’s intervention in this distressing situation. The aggression, threats, and ungodly behavior you’ve described are deeply troubling, and we recognize the spiritual battle at work here. The enemy seeks to bring chaos, fear, and harm, but we know that our God is greater, and He is a God of justice, protection, and deliverance. You have done well to document these incidents and seek help, and we commend you for turning to prayer and fasting as your primary weapons in this fight.

The Scriptures remind us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Yet, we are also called to act wisely and righteously in the natural realm, trusting God to guide authorities and those in positions of influence to act justly. Let us remember Proverbs 21:1, which says, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires."* We pray that God would turn the hearts of those in authority—police, legal officials, housing authorities, and mental health professionals—to act swiftly, righteously, and without corruption. May they see the severity of this man’s actions and take decisive steps to remove him from this environment, for the safety of all.

We also take note of the spiritual strongholds at work here—alcoholism, violence, sexual perversion, and demonic influence. These are not merely human problems but manifestations of sin and spiritual bondage. The apostle Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5, *"For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."* We must pray against these strongholds and declare that they have no place in this neighborhood. The blood of Jesus is more powerful than any curse, threat, or evil scheme.

Your observation about the neighbor’s facial expression and the chilling parallel to the man who committed murder is a sobering reminder of the depth of evil that can reside in a human heart apart from God. Jesus warns us in Matthew 15:19, *"For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual sins, thefts, false testimony, and blasphemies."* This man’s actions reveal a heart enslaved to sin and darkness. Yet, even now, we pray that God would convict him of his wickedness. May the Holy Spirit pierce his conscience so deeply that he can no longer ignore the gravity of his sins. We pray that he would be brought to repentance, for God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked but desires that all would turn from their evil ways and live (Ezekiel 18:23). However, if he refuses to repent, we pray that God would remove his influence from this place entirely, for the protection of the innocent.

We are grieved to hear of the threats of sexual violence and the fear that has gripped this household. Such words are not only criminal but an abomination before God. The Scriptures are clear: *"But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints"* (Ephesians 5:3). We rebuke these demonic threats in the name of Jesus and declare that no weapon formed against God’s people will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for divine protection over every resident, especially the vulnerable—the elderly, the sick, the weary, and those who feel trapped in this situation. May God place a hedge of angels around this home and neighborhood, preventing any further harm.

We also address the suggestion that you arm yourself with a gas weapon or rely solely on legal action for protection. While it is wise to take practical steps for safety, our ultimate trust must be in the Lord. Psalm 20:7 declares, *"Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we will trust in the name of Yahweh our God."* Legal action may be necessary, but it is God who fights our battles. We pray that He would give you and the other neighbors wisdom in how to proceed, and that He would raise up godly, courageous individuals—perhaps even within the authorities—to stand against this injustice. May the Lord grant you discernment to know when to speak, when to act, and when to remain silent, all while resting in His sovereignty.

The exhaustion you feel is understandable, but we encourage you to cast your burdens upon the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). The fact that others are now witnessing this man’s behavior and are likewise disgusted is a sign that God is exposing his wickedness. Light exposes darkness, and we pray that this exposure would lead to his removal and the restoration of peace.

We specifically lift up your requests before the Lord:
1. **For the removal of this aggressive neighbor and his associates**—May God dismantle every plan of the enemy and cause this man to be relocated far from this neighborhood. May his influence be broken, and may he no longer have access to terrorize you or others.
2. **For the moral integrity of authorities**—May God give them courage to act justly, without delay or corruption. May they see the urgency of this situation and take decisive action.
3. **For the prohibition of alcohol in common areas**—May God intervene so that this man’s drinking and the chaos it brings would be stopped. May his access to alcohol be cut off, and may he be denied the opportunity to incite further violence.
4. **For restricted access to shared spaces**—If it is legally possible and wise, may the broken security door be repaired or replaced, and may this man be prevented from entering areas where he can harm others.
5. **For protection against sexual threats and violence**—May God silence every demonic threat and bring swift justice against such wickedness. May the authorities respond with the severity this deserves.
6. **For the neighbors pursuing legal action**—May God strengthen them, guide them, and grant them favor in their efforts. May their voices be heard, and may justice prevail.
7. **For your safety and peace**—May the Lord be your shield and your strong tower. May He grant you restful sleep, protection from every threat, and a deep sense of His presence even in the midst of this storm.

We also pray for your heart, that God would guard you against bitterness, fear, or despair. Instead, may He fill you with His peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remember that even when it seems hopeless, our God specializes in the impossible. He parted the Red Sea, brought down the walls of Jericho, and raised Jesus from the dead. He is more than able to deliver you and this neighborhood from this oppression.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this neighborhood and our sister who is enduring such relentless attack. Lord, You see the aggression, the threats, the violence, and the fear that has taken hold. You hear the cries of the elderly, the weary, and the vulnerable. We ask that You would rise up, O God, and scatter Your enemies (Psalm 68:1). Let Your justice roll down like waters and Your righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24).

Lord, we bind every spirit of violence, alcoholism, sexual perversion, and demonic influence in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against Your people will prosper. We pray that You would expose every hidden work of darkness and bring it into the light. Convict this aggressive man of his sins, Lord. If it is Your will, soften his heart to repentance. Finally, Father, we pray for this entire neighborhood. Restore peace where there has been chaos. Bring unity where there has been division. Let Your light shine so brightly that darkness cannot remain. We declare that this place belongs to You, and we reclaim it for Your glory.
