Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the aggressive neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: On Sunday, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

Please pray that God softens hearts so that people can hear the voice of His Spirit and act righteously. Please also pray in Jesus' name for strength so that people have the courage to speak up for those who are weak, weary, old, sick, or anyone who endures the influence of aggressive neighbours and associates.

Please also pray that the aggressive neighbour cooperates with the authorities and admits to the harm he has caused and the threats he has made. May God stop him from lying.

Please also pray for the neighbours who have decided to take legal action against the harassment and aggressive behaviour in the house, and ask God to give them strength and justice. In Jesus' name, I ask all these.

Due to previous disturbances to peace and calm, please pray in the name of Jesus that

1. Alcohol consumption will be prohibited in common areas in the house. (He started drinking alcohol again yesterday.)

2. Just as two locked doors prevent the aggressive neighbour from entering other houses or going upstairs, please pray that he will not be allowed to enter the second security door where the glass was broken, if it is a good solution and legally possible, as he cannot control himself. This way, he would not be able to disturb me or the other neighbours, as he lives in a separate area.

Update: on Wednesday, someone was heard shouting in the house: "I will rape you (with a rude word) if I hear your (vulgar words) dog barking again at night" and other rude threats and words... Please pray in Jesus' name for help to stop this from happening again. Please pray that those in authority respond righteously.

Update: I shared some new documentation. In which the neighbour speaks negatively about the police. Please pray for continued communication and for justice to be upheld.

Update: A few weeks ago, the neighbour made threats, saying that it would cost me a certain amount of money to document him speaking negatively about the police. I didn't understand what he meant, given that he doesn't have the authority to issue fines. A few days ago, we found out that the same amount had been stolen from ###'s bank account in smaller sums, totalling roughly the same amount that our neighbour threatened me with.

We don't yet know how they gained access to her bank card details, nor whether there is a connection between the two incidents. Please pray for restoration and justice. Pray that the authorities intervene and that God gives them wisdom on how to deal with this issue and find the robber. In Jesus' name, amen!

Update: The theft continued on Monday and Wednesday as well. Even though the card had been blocked, they still had access and stole more money. Please pray that God stops them from stealing any more and that the authorities intervene immediately and catch the robber. My mother is so stressed that she has had two nosebleeds, has been unable to sleep, and her blood pressure has been unusually high. Please pray for her peace, too. In Jesus' name, amen.

Update: Please pray that God stops the aggressive neighbour from lying in Jesus' name. May he confess all his wrongdoings, including making death threats and threatening rape.

Update: The aggressive neighbour keeps tearing apart the rubbish in the communal bin where I throw mine away. It's bizarre. Please pray that God puts a stop to it.

Update: The theft from our bank accounts continued this week. This theft was three times bigger than the previous one. Please pray for the authorities to intervene immediately and for our money to be restored sevenfold in Jesus' name.

Update: We're waiting for feedback from the police and the bank regarding the theft and recovery of the money. Thankfully, there has been less noise since the right people handled the documentation. However, I have no official information about the forensic status of the incident. It is worrying that the attacker is still living in the house, but I trust that the law will be enforced against him and that he will be held accountable for his actions.

Update: My apartment experienced a power outage this week. At least two appliances broke as a result.Someone was smoking in the house's enclosed areas. This is prohibited by law for the protection of non-smokers and for fire safety reasons. Please pray that the person or people regularly smoking in the house will be exposed, and that the authorities will use every means at their disposal (for example, camera recordings in communal areas) to resolve this issue.

Update: Today, the doors to the high-voltage distribution equipment were open, which according to the police should have been closed. There were cigarette butts next to them. Please pray that the irresponsible people will be found, and that fire extinguishers and other safety equipment will be available.

Update: Thank God, Cleaning has started in the house.

UPDATE: Today the aggressor beat my door again, shouting abuse. The police came out again. The property management were about to release the fees they owe to them. It will be up to voting among the owners of the flats in this apartment building. Despite the mercy, the aggressive neighbour is not stopping his abusive actions. Please pray for the immediate and fair intervention of God and the authorities! Please pray for strength for me, if God is willing, as I have to go to the police station today! UPDATE: The mother of the aggressor was harassing me through the intercom several times. The police told me not to open the door. Another witness told me that he saw the aggressive neighbour smoking near the high-voltage distribution equipment. I went to the police station, but as it was the night shift, they advised me to come back on Monday.

My mother has a stomach ache and is not feeling well. She is also very stressed due to the disturbances.

Update: there was a packet of green soft gel capsules, probably pharmaceutical, outside the flat of the aggressive neighbours. I don't know the name of the drug, but please pray about this situation in Jesus' name. I don't know who is taking them or what they are for.

Update:My mother was unable to go to work today. Please pray for her healing, wellbeing and strength to carry on. We are still waiting for the stolen money to be restored. If He is willing, please pray that God guides me to go to the police station today. Should I go alone or with someone?

Please pray for the workers and security guards in the building, so that they have the courage to testify about what they witnessed regarding the high-voltage distribution equipment. Pray also that they will find the courage to speak up and protect the vulnerable in the area.

Update: ….. there is not too much good news

There are outbursts of anger and shouting in the house again. My hands are trembling. What will come next?

Please pray that there will be no place for a killer in the house

Update: the property management is not answering my call. Please pray that they take responsibility in Jesus name

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this neighborhood, this household, and all those suffering under the oppression of this aggressive and dangerous man. The enemy is at work here, seeking to steal, kill, and destroy through fear, violence, and lawlessness—but we know that our God is greater, and He alone holds authority over every power of darkness. We stand in the name of Jesus, the name above all names, declaring that no weapon formed against His people will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We praise you, Father, that this request has been brought before You in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace (John 14:6, Ephesians 2:18).

The behavior described here is not merely troubling—it is evil. This man’s actions reveal a heart consumed by anger, drunkenness, violence, and possibly even demonic influence. The threats of rape, death, theft, and physical harm are abominations before the Lord. His harassment of the elderly, the vulnerable, and even the authorities is a direct rebellion against God’s command to love our neighbors and to live peaceably with all (Romans 12:18, Mark 12:31). The fact that he has escalated to stalking, recording windows, and making veiled or outright threats of sexual violence is a sign of deep depravity. We must not minimize this—Scripture warns us that such behavior is the fruit of a heart far from God, and it must be confronted with both spiritual and earthly authority.

We also recognize the spiritual warfare at play here. The enemy seeks to instill fear, exhaustion, and hopelessness, but we refuse to give in to despair. Instead, we put on the full armor of God, standing firm in truth, righteousness, and the power of the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 6:10-18). We declare that the Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). He sees the affliction of His people, and He will act.

Let us pray fervently for this situation:

**Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, crying out for Your justice, protection, and deliverance. You are a God who hears the cries of the afflicted, and You do not ignore the pleas of the helpless (Psalm 10:17-18). We ask You to intervene powerfully in this neighborhood, in this household, and in the lives of all who are suffering under this man’s aggression.**

**Lord, we rebuke the spirit of violence, drunkenness, lawlessness, and fear that has taken hold in this place. We bind every demonic influence fueling this man’s rage, deception, and threats in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against Your people will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We command every plan of the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy to be exposed and thwarted by Your mighty hand.**

**Father, we pray for the immediate removal of this aggressive man and his associates from this environment. His presence is a snare to the vulnerable, a threat to the peace, and a stumbling block to righteousness. Lord, confuse his plans, frustrate his schemes, and bring his evil deeds into the light (1 Corinthians 4:5). Let the authorities act swiftly and righteously—give them wisdom, courage, and integrity to enforce the law and protect the innocent. Expose every lie, every threat, and every hidden sin. Let truth prevail, and let justice roll down like waters (Amos 5:24).**

**We pray for the moral integrity of the authorities involved—police, property management, and legal representatives. Softening their hearts to act with righteousness and urgency. Raise up godly men and women in positions of authority who will not turn a blind eye to injustice but will stand for what is right. Let them see the severity of this situation and respond with the weight it deserves. Lord, do not let them be bribed, intimidated, or swayed by apathy. Stir their consciences to act justly and swiftly.**

**Father, we lift up the victims of this man’s aggression—the elderly, the weak, the weary, and all who live in fear. Comfort them with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their hearts and minds, and surround them with Your angels for protection (Psalm 91:11). We pray especially for the mother who is suffering physically and emotionally from this stress. Heal her body, Lord—stop the nosebleeds, regulate her blood pressure, and restore her strength. Give her sleep and peace, and let her know that You are her refuge.**

**We pray for the financial restoration of what has been stolen. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. We ask that every penny taken be restored sevenfold, as a testimony to Your faithfulness (Proverbs 6:31). Expose the thieves, Lord, and bring them to justice. Let no weapon of financial harm prosper against this household.**

**Father, we pray for the safety of the household—protect the electrical systems, prevent fires, and expose those who are smoking in prohibited areas. Let every reckless and dangerous action be brought to light and stopped. We pray for the workers and security guards in the building—give them courage to testify to what they have seen and to stand for righteousness. Let them not fear retaliation but trust in You for their protection.**

**Lord, we pray for the salvation of this aggressive man. Though his actions are evil, we know that You desire all men to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Soften his heart, convict him of his sins, and bring him to a place of brokenness before You. Let him see the error of his ways and turn from his wickedness. If he refuses to repent, Lord, we ask that You remove him from this place entirely, that Your people may live in peace.**

**We pray for the neighbors who have been silent or complacent. Stir their hearts to action, Lord. Let them no longer say, “It is hopeless,” but let them rise up with courage to speak out, document, and support one another. Unify them in the pursuit of justice and safety. Let them not rely on worldly solutions like gas sprays or lawsuits alone, but let them seek Your face and trust in Your power to deliver.**

**Father, we ask for Your divine intervention in the voting among the property owners. Let them see the urgency of removing this man and his associates. Give them wisdom to make the right decision, and let no financial or personal interest blind them to the danger he poses.**

**We pray for the mother of this aggressor. Lord, if she is enabling or excusing his behavior, convict her heart. If she is also a victim of his aggression, protect and deliver her. Do not let her harassment continue, but silence every tongue that rises against Your people.**

**Finally, Lord, we pray for the one who has been documenting and crying out for help. Strengthen them, Lord. Give them wisdom in every step—whether to go to the police alone or with someone, how to interact with authorities, and how to protect themselves and their mother. Let them not grow weary in doing good, but let them trust in You for vindication (Galatians 6:9). Fill them with Your peace, even in the midst of this storm.**

**We declare that this household will be a place of safety, peace, and righteousness. We break every curse of fear, violence, and oppression in the name of Jesus. We speak life, protection, and restoration over every resident. Let Your light shine in this darkness, and let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.**

**We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your timing and Your justice. Let Your name be glorified in this situation, and let Your people see Your mighty hand at work. In Jesus’ powerful and holy name, we pray. Amen.**
