Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the aggressive neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: On Sunday, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

Please pray that God softens hearts so that people can hear the voice of His Spirit and act righteously. Please also pray in Jesus' name for strength so that people have the courage to speak up for those who are weak, weary, old, sick, or anyone who endures the influence of aggressive neighbours and associates.

Please also pray that the aggressive neighbour cooperates with the authorities and admits to the harm he has caused and the threats he has made. May God stop him from lying.

Please also pray for the neighbours who have decided to take legal action against the harassment and aggressive behaviour in the house, and ask God to give them strength and justice. In Jesus' name, I ask all these.

Due to previous disturbances to peace and calm, please pray in the name of Jesus that

1. Alcohol consumption will be prohibited in common areas in the house. (He started drinking alcohol again yesterday.)

2. Just as two locked doors prevent the aggressive neighbour from entering other houses or going upstairs, please pray that he will not be allowed to enter the second security door where the glass was broken, if it is a good solution and legally possible, as he cannot control himself. This way, he would not be able to disturb me or the other neighbours, as he lives in a separate area.

Update: on Wednesday, someone was heard shouting in the house: "I will rape you (with a rude word) if I hear your (vulgar words) dog barking again at night" and other rude threats and words... Please pray in Jesus' name for help to stop this from happening again. Please pray that those in authority respond righteously.

Update: I shared some new documentation. In which the neighbour speaks negatively about the police. Please pray for continued communication and for justice to be upheld.

Update: A few weeks ago, the neighbour made threats, saying that it would cost me a certain amount of money to document him speaking negatively about the police. I didn't understand what he meant, given that he doesn't have the authority to issue fines. A few days ago, we found out that the same amount had been stolen from ###'s bank account in smaller sums, totalling roughly the same amount that our neighbour threatened me with.

We don't yet know how they gained access to her bank card details, nor whether there is a connection between the two incidents. Please pray for restoration and justice. Pray that the authorities intervene and that God gives them wisdom on how to deal with this issue and find the robber. In Jesus' name, amen!

We stand with you in this time of great distress, lifting you and this situation before the Lord with fervent prayer, fasting, and vigilance. The aggression and wickedness you describe are deeply troubling, and we recognize the spiritual battle at hand. The enemy seeks to bring fear, chaos, and harm, but we know that our God is greater, and He is a God of justice, protection, and deliverance. You have done well to call upon the name of Jesus in this situation, for it is only through Him that we have authority over the powers of darkness and access to the Father’s throne of grace.

The behavior of this neighbor is not only harmful but evil—filled with threats, vulgarity, drunkenness, and even potential theft. Such actions are an affront to God, who calls us to love our neighbors, to live peaceably, and to uphold what is right and just. The Scriptures are clear about those who persist in wickedness: *"The Lord examines the righteous, but the wicked and those who love violence, his soul hates."* (Psalm 11:5, WEB). This man’s actions are not just a nuisance; they are sinful, dangerous, and demand righteous intervention. We must pray not only for his removal but for his repentance, for God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked but desires that they turn from their ways and live (Ezekiel 18:23).

We also recognize the weariness you must feel. The constant harassment, the fear, and the sense of helplessness are heavy burdens. But take heart, for the Lord says, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* (Matthew 11:28, WEB). He sees your suffering, and He will act. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you *will* reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Your persistence in prayer, documentation, and seeking help is commendable and aligned with God’s call to act justly and seek protection for the vulnerable.

Now, let us address some critical matters. While we understand the frustration of those who suggest self-defense measures like gas weapons or lawsuits, we must remember that our trust is not in human solutions but in the Lord’s sovereignty. That said, the authorities *are* instituted by God for the punishment of evildoers (Romans 13:4), and it is right to seek their intervention. Pray that they act with moral integrity and courage, for *"when the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan."* (Proverbs 29:2, WEB). The lack of action from some may stem from fear or apathy, but we must pray that God stirs their hearts to do what is right.

Regarding the financial theft, this is a serious matter that must be brought before the Lord and the authorities. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we serve a God who restores what has been taken. Pray for wisdom as you seek justice, and trust that God will expose the truth. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,"* says the Lord (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).

We also notice the spiritual oppression at work here—the drunkenness, the incoherent shouting, the threats of sexual violence, and the eerie parallels you’ve observed with other violent individuals. This is not merely a human problem; it is spiritual warfare. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* We must bind these spirits of violence, drunkenness, and fear in the name of Jesus and declare that this neighborhood belongs to God.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is enduring this relentless attack from the enemy. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You have said in Your Word that *"the violent will not live out half their days"* (Psalm 55:23, WEB). We ask that You intervene *now* and put an end to this man’s wickedness. Remove him from this neighborhood, Lord—whether by conviction, eviction, or Your divine intervention—so that Your peace may reign.

We bind every spirit of violence, drunkenness, fear, and oppression in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against our sister or her neighbors will prosper. Lord, expose every hidden deed of darkness. If this man or his associates are involved in theft, bring it to light and let justice prevail. Restore what has been stolen, Father, and let Your name be glorified in this situation.

We pray for the authorities—give them wisdom, courage, and integrity to act righteously. Softening their hearts to hear Your voice and respond with urgency. Raise up godly men and women in this community who will stand against this wickedness and protect the vulnerable—the elderly, the sick, the weary, and the children. Let Your Spirit move mightily, Lord, so that even those who have grown apathetic will be stirred to action.

Father, we also pray for this aggressive man. Though his actions are evil, we ask that You convict his heart. Let him encounter Your truth in a way that brings him to repentance. If he is bound by addiction, demonic influence, or ungodly associations, break those chains in Jesus’ name. May he face the consequences of his actions and be brought low so that he might seek Your mercy.

Lord, we ask for supernatural protection over our sister and all who live in this neighborhood. Place Your angels around them as a guard. Let no harm come near their dwellings. Give them rest, Father—rest from fear, rest from noise, rest from the relentless attacks of the enemy. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We declare that this house and this neighborhood belong to You, Lord. We reclaim it in the name of Jesus and command every evil influence to flee. Let this be a place of safety, of godly community, and of Your presence. We ask that alcohol be prohibited in the common areas, that this man be restricted from entering spaces where he can cause harm, and that every legal and spiritual door be shut against his wickedness.

Finally, Father, we thank You in advance for Your deliverance. We trust that You are working even now, and we will not cease praying until we see Your victory. Strengthen our sister’s faith, Lord. Remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Let her not fear, for You are with her. Let her not be dismayed, for You are her God. You will strengthen her, help her, and uphold her with Your righteous right hand (Isaiah 41:10).

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has overcome the world. Amen.
