Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Could you pray for the moral integrity of the authorities to intervene? THANK YOU

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: On Sunday, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

Please pray that God softens hearts so that people can hear the voice of His Spirit and act righteously. Please also pray in Jesus' name for strength so that people have the courage to speak up for those who are weak, weary, old, sick, or anyone who endures the influence of aggressive neighbours and associates.

Please also pray that the aggressive neighbour cooperates with the authorities and admits to the harm he has caused and the threats he has made. May God stop him from lying.

Please also pray for the neighbours who have decided to take legal action against the harassment and aggressive behaviour in the house, and ask God to give them strength and justice. In Jesus' name, I ask all these.

Due to previous disturbances to peace and calm, please pray in the name of Jesus that

1. Alcohol consumption will be prohibited in common areas in the house. (He started drinking alcohol again yesterday.)

2. Just as two locked doors prevent the aggressive neighbour from entering other houses or going upstairs, please pray that he will not be allowed to enter the second security door where the glass was broken, if it is a good solution and legally possible, as he cannot control himself. This way, he would not be able to disturb me or the other neighbours, as he lives in a separate area.

Update: on Wednesday, someone was heard shouting in the house: "I will rape you (with a rude word) if I hear your (vulgar words) dog barking again at night" and other rude threats and words... Please pray in Jesus' name for help to stop this from happening again. Please pray that those in authority respond righteously.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you and this distressing situation to the throne of grace, knowing that our God is a God of justice, protection, and deliverance. It is clear that you are enduring a season of intense spiritual warfare and physical threat, but we take comfort in knowing that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). The aggression, threats, and evil behavior you describe are not only unlawful but deeply sinful, and we must stand firmly against such wickedness in the authority of Jesus Christ. You have done well to document these incidents and seek help, and we commend you for turning to prayer and fasting as your first line of defense. This is the posture of a heart that trusts in the Lord, and He will not abandon you.

The Scriptures remind us that the Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). He sees the affliction of His people and will act on their behalf. Proverbs 21:15 declares, *"When justice is done, it is joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers."* We stand on this promise, asking God to bring swift justice to this situation. The behavior of this neighbor is not only harmful to you but is a snare to many in your community, and the Lord will not allow such evil to persist unchecked. The fear and exhaustion you feel are valid, but we urge you to cast your anxieties on the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

We must also address the spiritual dimension of this battle. The drunkenness, violent threats, and incoherent outbursts you describe are evidence of a mind and spirit under the influence of dark forces. Ephesians 5:18 warns us, *"Don’t be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit."* This man is enslaved to sin, and his actions are fueled by the enemy. However, we know that *"the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:4). We will pray that the Lord breaks every stronghold of alcoholism, violence, and demonic influence in this man’s life. We pray that God would convict his heart, leading him to repentance—or, if he hardens his heart further, that the Lord would remove him from your environment entirely, as you have requested.

We are deeply concerned by the suggestions you’ve received to arm yourself with weapons like gas spray for protection. While it is wise to take practical precautions, our trust must ultimately rest in the Lord, not in human strategies. Psalm 20:7 declares, *"Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we will trust in the name of the Lord our God."* We do not discourage you from seeking legal protection or involving authorities, but we urge you to rely first and foremost on the Lord’s deliverance. He is your shield and your exceeding great reward (Genesis 15:1). If the authorities have been slow to act, we pray that the Lord would stir their hearts to righteousness and urgency. Proverbs 29:2 says, *"When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan."* May the Lord raise up godly, courageous individuals in positions of authority to intervene and bring an end to this oppression.

Your observation about the neighbor’s facial expression and the chilling parallel to the man who committed murder is a sobering reminder of the depth of evil at work. This is not a matter to be taken lightly. We pray that the Lord would expose every hidden intent of violence and prevent any harm from coming to you or others in your community. Psalm 10:14-15 says, *"But you do see trouble and grief. You consider it to take it into your hand. You help the victim and the fatherless. Break the arm of the wicked. Call the evil-doer to account for his wickedness that would not be found out."* We claim this promise over your situation, asking God to thwart every plan of the enemy.

We also lift up the legal actions being taken by your neighbors. May the Lord grant them favor, wisdom, and perseverance as they seek justice. We pray that every piece of documentation you’ve shared would be used mightily to bring about righteous judgment. Isaiah 1:17 says, *"Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Judge the fatherless. Plead for the widow."* May the Lord use this situation to awaken a spirit of justice and protection among those in your community.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting our sister and this dire situation to Your throne. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You have seen the affliction, the threats, and the violence that have been inflicted upon Your child and this neighborhood. We ask that You would act swiftly, Lord. Remove this aggressive man and his associates from this environment, just as our sister has prayed. Break the power of alcoholism, violence, and demonic influence in his life. If he will not repent, Lord, then remove him entirely. Do not allow his wickedness to continue unchecked.

We bind every demonic stronghold over this man’s life and command it to be broken in Jesus’ name. Let his plans for evil be turned back upon his own head (Psalm 7:16).

Father, we pray for our sister’s strength and peace. Renew her spirit, Lord, and let her not grow weary in well-doing. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may walk in wisdom, discernment, and boldness. Let her trust in You alone, knowing that You are her protector and deliverer.

We also pray for the salvation of this aggressive man. Soften his heart, Lord, and let him encounter the convicting power of Your Holy Spirit. Bring him to repentance, that he may turn from his wicked ways and find redemption in Christ Jesus. If he refuses to repent, Lord, then remove his influence entirely.

Finally, Father, we thank You in advance for the victory You are bringing. We declare that this neighborhood shall know peace, safety, and the presence of the Lord. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
