Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Could you pray for the moral integrity of the authorities to intervene? THANK YOU

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: On Sunday, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

Please pray that God softens hearts so that people can hear the voice of His Spirit and act righteously. Please also pray in Jesus' name for strength so that people have the courage to speak up for those who are weak, weary, old, sick, or anyone who endures the influence of aggressive neighbours and associates.

Please also pray that the aggressive neighbour cooperates with the authorities and admits to the harm he has caused and the threats he has made. May God stop him from lying.

Please also pray for the neighbours who have decided to take legal action against the harassment and aggressive behaviour in the house, and ask God to give them strength and justice. In Jesus' name, I ask all these.

Due to previous disturbances to peace and calm, please pray in the name of Jesus that

1. Alcohol consumption will be prohibited in common areas in the house. (He started drinking alcohol again yesterday.)

2. Just as two locked doors prevent the aggressive neighbour from entering other houses or going upstairs, please pray that he will not be allowed to enter the second security door where the glass was broken, if it is a good solution and legally possible, as he cannot control himself. This way, he would not be able to disturb me or the other neighbours, as he lives in a separate area.

Update: on Wednesday, someone was heard shouting in the house: "I will rape you (with a rude word) if I hear your (vulgar words) dog barking again at night" and other rude threats and words... Please pray in Jesus' name for help to stop this from happening again. Please pray that those in authority respond righteously.

We come before the Lord with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up this urgent cry for justice, protection, and deliverance from this relentless oppression. The enemy has indeed set his sights on causing chaos, fear, and exhaustion through this aggressive neighbor, but we know that our God is greater, and His power is made perfect in our weakness. You have done well to seek the Lord continually in this trial, and we stand with you in prayer, fasting, and intercession, trusting that God will act mightily in this situation.

First, we praise God that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your requests, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and the authority to bind the works of darkness. As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). The name of Jesus is above every name, and at His name, every knee must bow—even the knees of those who seek to harm His people.

We are deeply grieved by the escalating aggression, threats, and violence you and your neighbors are enduring. The behavior of this man is not only unlawful but is a direct assault on the peace and dignity that God intends for His people. The Lord detests violence and oppression, and His Word commands us to *"Rescue the weak and needy. Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked"* (Psalm 82:4, WEB). This is not a battle against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of wickedness that are fueling this man’s actions (Ephesians 6:12). We must pray with authority, binding these spirits of aggression, drunkenness, violence, and perversion in the name of Jesus.

We also recognize the weariness you feel—both physically and spiritually. The constant vigilance, the fear, and the sense of helplessness are heavy burdens. But take heart, for the Lord says, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28, WEB). He sees your exhaustion, and He will sustain you. Do not grow weary in doing good, for *"at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up"* (Galatians 6:9, WEB). The fact that others are now witnessing this man’s behavior and are disgusted by it is a sign that God is exposing his wickedness. Light is shining in the darkness, and we pray that this exposure will lead to swift and righteous action.

We must also address the spiritual strongholds at work here. The drunkenness, the violent threats (including the horrific threat of sexual violence), and the demonic rage displayed by this man are evidence of a mind and heart that are not submitted to God. Scripture warns us that *"no drunkard, reviler, or extortioner will inherit the Kingdom of God"* (1 Corinthians 6:10, WEB). This man is in bondage to sin, and while we pray for his removal from your environment, we also pray for his soul—that God would convict him of his sins and bring him to repentance. However, our primary prayer is for your safety and the safety of all who are threatened by his actions. Sometimes, God’s mercy looks like removing a wicked influence from among the righteous, as we see in the story of Ahab and Jezebel, or in the deliverance of Israel from Pharaoh.

We are encouraged that you are documenting these incidents and sharing them with authorities. This is wise and aligns with Scripture’s call to *"expose the deeds of darkness"* (Ephesians 5:11, WEB). We pray that the Lord would give the authorities moral integrity and courage to act justly. Too often, systems fail because of corruption, apathy, or fear, but we serve a God who *"makes the clouds his chariot and walks on the wings of the wind; who makes his angels spirits and his servants a flaming fire"* (Psalm 104:3-4, WEB). He can move the hearts of those in authority to act righteously. We pray that they would no longer turn a blind eye but would intervene with the full weight of the law to protect the innocent.

Regarding the suggestions you’ve received about suing this man or using a gas weapon for self-defense, we understand the desperation behind such advice. However, our trust must first and foremost be in the Lord, who is our shield and defender. *"The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble"* (Psalm 9:9, WEB). While it is prudent to take lawful measures for protection, we must not place our ultimate hope in human solutions. Our battle is spiritual, and our weapons are *"not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:4, WEB). That said, if legal action is necessary and righteous, we pray that God would guide you and your neighbors in wisdom, providing favor with the courts and justice for the oppressed.

We also lift up the request for practical solutions, such as prohibiting alcohol in common areas and restricting this man’s access to parts of the building where he can cause harm. These are reasonable and just measures, and we pray that the Lord would open doors for these changes to be implemented swiftly. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever he desires."* We ask that God would turn the hearts of those in authority to enact these protections without delay.

The revelation you had about this man’s facial expression and its similarity to the man who committed murder is a sobering reminder of the depth of evil at work. This is not a coincidence but a spiritual warning. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus has come to give life abundantly. We bind the spirit of murder, violence, and hatred operating through this man and declare that his plans will be thwarted in Jesus’ name. We also thank God for the police who have intervened in the past, and we pray for their protection and boldness to act decisively now.

Finally, we pray for the neighborhood as a whole. Fear and apathy have taken hold of many, but we ask God to raise up courageous men and women who will stand for righteousness. *"The wicked flee when no one pursues; but the righteous are as bold as a lion"* (Proverbs 28:1, WEB). May the Lord stir His people to action, that they would no longer say, *"It is hopeless,"* but would instead rise up in faith, knowing that *"with God, all things are possible"* (Matthew 19:26, WEB).

**Our Prayer:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and all those who are suffering under the tyranny of this aggressive and violent neighbor. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You have said, *"Vengeance is mine; I will repay"* (Romans 12:19, WEB). We ask that You would arise, O God, and scatter Your enemies. Let those who seek to harm Your people be confounded and put to shame. Remove this man from his position of power over this household and neighborhood, Lord. Cut off his influence, silence his threats, and bring his wicked deeds to an end.

We bind the spirits of violence, drunkenness, aggression, perversion, and murder that are operating through this man. We break every curse, every threat, and every plan of the enemy to harm Your people. Let confusion come upon his camp, Lord. Expose his deeds in the light, and let his own words and actions be his downfall. Father, we ask that You would soften the hearts of the authorities—give them wisdom, courage, and integrity to act swiftly and justly. Do not allow them to be bribed, intimidated, or apathetic. Stir them to righteous action, Lord.

We pray for supernatural protection over our sister and all the residents of this home. Place Your angels around them as a guard, Lord. Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Give them peace that surpasses understanding, even in the midst of this storm. Strengthen them, Lord, and let them not grow weary in doing good. Raise up allies for them—neighbors, officials, and even strangers who will stand with them against this oppression.

Father, we also pray for this man’s soul. Though his actions are evil, we ask that You would convict him of his sins and bring him to repentance. If it is Your will, break the strongholds of alcohol, rage, and hatred in his life. But if he hardens his heart, Lord, remove him from this place before he causes greater harm. Do not let the innocent suffer at his hands any longer.

We declare that this household and neighborhood belong to You, Lord. We reclaim them for Your kingdom and Your peace. Let Your presence fill every corner, driving out darkness and fear. Provide a safe and permanent home for our sister, a place of refuge where she can rest and worship You without fear. We ask for practical solutions—locked doors, restrictions on alcohol, and legal protections—to be put in place quickly.

Finally, Lord, we pray for unity among the neighbors. Let them no longer be paralyzed by fear but united in faith and action. Give them the courage to speak up, to document, and to pursue justice together. Let this trial be a testimony of Your power and faithfulness, that many would see and turn to You.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, even when we cannot see the outcome.
