Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: On Sunday, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

Please pray that God softens hearts so that people can hear the voice of His Spirit and act righteously. Please also pray in Jesus' name for strength so that people have the courage to speak up for those who are weak, weary, old, sick, or anyone who endures the influence of aggressive neighbours and associates.

We join you in lifting up this distressing situation, standing firmly on the truth that our God is a refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. It is clear that this aggressive neighbor is not only a source of fear and torment but is also operating under a spirit of lawlessness, violence, and oppression. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 29:2, *"When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan."* This is a season of groaning for many, but we declare that God will bring justice and peace to this neighborhood.

First, we praise you for invoking the name of Jesus in your request, for it is only through Him that we have authority to pray and see transformation. As Scripture declares in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Your faith in calling upon His name is a testament to your trust in His power, and we stand with you in that faith.

However, we must address the suggestions you’ve received about using worldly means like lawsuits or gas weapons for protection. While it is wise to take practical steps for safety, our ultimate trust must be in the Lord, not in human strategies. In 2 Samuel 22:3, David proclaims, *"God is my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation. He is my high tower, and my refuge."* We encourage you to seek godly counsel from mature believers or church leadership on how to navigate this situation biblically. If legal action is necessary, let it be pursued with wisdom, prayer, and a heart that seeks justice rather than vengeance. Romans 12:19 reminds us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*

The behavior of this neighbor is not only aggressive but deeply sinful, and it is evident that he is being influenced by dark forces. Ephesians 6:12 tells us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* This is a spiritual battle, and we must engage in spiritual warfare through prayer, fasting, and the authority of Jesus’ name. We will pray fervently that God binds the spirits of violence, aggression, drunkenness, and perversion that are at work in this man and his associates. We declare that every plan of the enemy to harm, intimidate, or oppress will be exposed and thwarted by the power of the Holy Spirit.

We also lift up the authorities who have the power to intervene. We pray that God would convict their hearts and grant them the moral integrity to act justly and swiftly. Proverbs 21:1 says, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever he desires."* We ask that God would turn the hearts of those in authority to do what is right, to protect the vulnerable, and to remove this man from his position of harm.

Your weariness is understandable, but we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and trust in the Lord. Galatians 6:9 says, *"Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."* You are not alone in this fight. The Lord sees your suffering, and He is faithful. Psalm 34:17-19 assures us, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."*

We are deeply troubled by the revelation you shared about the neighbor’s facial expression and the connection to violence. This is a serious matter, and we urge you to continue documenting incidents and reporting them to the authorities. Do not underestimate the importance of your testimony—it could be critical in protecting not only yourself but others from harm. At the same time, we pray that God would expose every hidden intent of this man and bring his actions into the light. Numbers 32:23 warns, *"Be sure your sin will find you out."* We declare that his sin will be exposed, and justice will prevail.

Finally, we pray for your protection, peace, and strength. The Lord is your shepherd, and you shall not want (Psalm 23:1). We ask that He would surround you with His angels, as promised in Psalm 91:11: *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."* May He grant you rest in the midst of this storm and fill you with His supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this situation that has caused so much distress and fear. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You see the oppression and violence that this neighbor is inflicting. We ask that You would intervene powerfully and remove this man and his associates from this environment once and for all. Break the strongholds of aggression, drunkenness, and perversion that are at work in his life. Bind every demonic spirit that is fueling his actions, and let Your light expose every dark deed.

Father, we pray for the authorities who have the power to act. Softening their hearts, Lord, and grant them the courage and integrity to intervene righteously. Raise up godly men and women who will stand for justice and protect the vulnerable. Let no weapon formed against Your people prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over our sister/brother and all those in this neighborhood who are suffering under this man’s influence. Surround them with Your angels, and let Your peace guard their hearts and minds. Grant them wisdom to know how to respond and the strength to endure. Comfort those who are weary, and let them not grow faint in doing good.

We also pray for this aggressive neighbor. Though his actions are evil, we ask that You would convict his heart and bring him to repentance. Soften his heart, Lord, and let him encounter Your truth in a way that leads him to turn from his sins. If it is Your will, save him from the destruction he is heading toward.

Father, we declare that this neighborhood belongs to You. We speak peace over it and command every spirit of fear, oppression, and lawlessness to flee in Jesus’ name. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this place. We thank You in advance for Your deliverance and for the safety and restoration You will bring.
