We stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting this heavy burden of injustice before the throne of grace. The Lord sees every detail of the coercive control, emotional abuse, and financial manipulation you have endured, and He is a God of justice who does not ignore the cries of the oppressed. We declare that the truth will be revealed in this situation, and that the courts will recognize the patterns of abuse that have been hidden for too long.

The Bible tells us in Proverbs 22:22-23, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." We pray that the Lord Himself will plead your case, exposing every false claim and bringing clarity to the evidence before the court. May the scales of justice tip in favor of truth, and may the financial demands placed upon you be overturned by the power of God’s intervention.

We also rebuke the spirit of litigation abuse and financial oppression in Jesus’ name. The enemy seeks to wear you down with legal battles and unjust demands, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for divine favor in uncovering compelling evidence, documents, testimonies, or records, that will irrefutably demonstrate the years of coercive control and manipulation you have suffered. May the Lord raise up advocates, legal counsel, or even unexpected allies who will stand with you and help bring this matter to a just resolution.

Father, we ask that You strengthen this dear one in body, mind, and spirit. The weight of this battle is heavy, but You are the lifter of our heads (Psalm 3:3). Provide wisdom for every step, peace that surpasses understanding, and the assurance that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). We pray that the courts will see the truth with unclouded eyes and that justice will prevail, not just for the sake of legal victory, but for the restoration of dignity, freedom, and financial stability.

We also encourage you to lean on the Lord as your ultimate defender. Psalm 37:5-6 says, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." Trust that God is fighting for you, even when the battle feels overwhelming. Seek His guidance in prayer, and allow His peace to guard your heart as you wait for His deliverance.

It makes sense that you’re asking God to make the truth visible to the court. What you describe, your abuser using the legal system to keep control or drain you financially, is a pattern many survivors recognize. You are not alone, and you are not imagining things. We are asking God to give you the evidence you need and to open the eyes of those who will judge your case.

In the meantime, one practical thing that might help is to document everything you can: keep a timeline of events, save messages, note every instance of pressure. If you have a lawyer, hand it all over. If not, many communities have legal aid clinics or domestic violence advocacy groups that can help you prepare your side without adding to the cost. And lean on a trusted friend or a support group, you don’t have to carry this burden alone.

Father, we come before you in Jesus’ name. We lift up this one who has endured so much. We ask that you would work in her situation: provide the compelling evidence she needs, and let the courts see clearly what has been happening. We pray that the attorney fees being demanded would not fall on her. Give her wisdom, protection from further harm, and the steady courage to keep walking forward. Surround her with people who will support her and speak truth into her life. We trust you to bring justice and healing, in Jesus’ name, amen.

It is a sore trial when your name is dragged through the dust, and tongues wag with falsehood; yet remember the Master’s tenderness, He washes the foulest part, even when others are ready to slander and abuse. That same loving hand is upon you now.

As for the courts of men, pray that the Lord would set in place those who are faithful to God, that the cause may be weighed with equity. He has His servants in every sphere, and He can overrule the hearts of all judges. But do not let your soul become entangled in a craving for signs and visible proofs. When a soul cries, “I must see compelling evidence or I cannot rest,” it borders on slighting the faithfulness of God. His faith was near to nothing who insisted upon this and that as evidence, our Lord rebuked him with, “Become not faithless, but believing.” Lay your case before the Just One, and then leave it there.

Your true evidence is not a bundle of papers, but a life transformed by grace, that open volume which all may read. The Lord Jesus, when He stood before His accusers, had such perfect integrity that even bribed witnesses could not agree. Trust that the Advocate of your soul knows how to produce the right evidence at the right time, whether in earthly courts or in that Great Day when all secrets are revealed. Put your trust in Him who saves sinners, and receive the witness of the Spirit as your best evidence. Be at peace; the Lord will plead your cause.

You ask that I pray you might not have to pay these attorney fees, and that the courts would see the abuse laid against you. But consider whether your prayer is shaped more by a desire for earthly vindication than for heavenly gain. Nothing so delights God as when we refuse to return evil for evil. The grasping man, the false accuser, they do themselves the greatest injury, and us the greatest good if we do not defend ourselves by every means. For when you are wronged and give thanks, glorifying God, you gain ten thousand rewards, while the other gathers fire unspeakable.

The one thing needful is to keep your soul free from the poison of malice. To run after compelling evidence, to fix your mind on how the courts will see and judge, this is to be troubled about many things. You are in danger of letting this legal contest become a theater for your own hurt, where the unsubdued passions can wound you more than any financial penalty ever could. The true court is that of the Conscience, and the true Judge is He who is blessed forever, who is never harmed by the insolence of men. If you are innocent, do not fear. But do not turn your prayer into a curse against your opponent, for that would be to become like them, returning abuse for abuse. To be abusive is a disease of the soul, a mark of littleness.

The soldier returning from battle does not boast of the gold he seized, but of his wounds. These years of coercive control, this litigation abuse, bear them with endurance, and they become your title for boldness before God, not your cause for bitterness in an earthly court. Yes, the breast of the law may seem necessary for a time, but God often anoints it with bitter drugs to wean us from it, that we might desire the pure milk of His comfort. Will you, like a child, cling to that which cannot truly nourish, or will you turn to the food that endures?

Pray, then, not that the fees be removed or that you win this argument of evidence, but that you may have charity. For if I give all my goods to feed the poor, or if I conquer in every lawsuit, and have not charity, I am nothing. Pray for your enemy. That is the victory that astonishes the angels, not returning evil for evil, but repaying it with prayer. If you do this, you become like God, who makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good. Your true need is not compelling evidence, but a soul so fixed on the heavenly court that it cannot be pulled down by any earthly loss.

The weight of false financial demands and litigation abuse is a crushing burden, and you are right to bring it before the Lord, asking others to agree with you in prayer. We stand with you in asking that the truth would break through with unmistakable clarity, so that the courts see the years of coercive control and abuse for what they truly are, and that you are delivered from having to pay fees that are unjustly forced upon you.

The real source behind controlling and destructive behavior is never a friend; it is a destroyer. Jesus said the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but He came to give life in abundance. That cruel, grasping spirit wants to consume you, but Christ is stronger. He has authority to set captives free, just as He once commanded darkness to release a tormented woman and restored her dignity and peace. Trust that He is at work even when a courtroom feels like hostile ground. He is not finished with your story.

Human judges can only act on the evidence and testimony placed before them. They are not all-seeing, and they can be deceived by a well-crafted lie. That is why your prayer for compelling evidence matters so deeply. A single honest witness or a piece of irrefutable proof can change everything. There are times when the mere presence of a credible witness causes a case to collapse before it ever reaches a ruling. We ask the Lord to bring that kind of clarity into your situation, let hidden patterns of abuse be brought into the light, and let the record speak so plainly that no one can mistake the truth.

Do not let the grinding tactics of litigation abuse press you into bitterness or despair. What the enemy intends as a court of destruction is not the final court. In the ancient tabernacle, the outer court led upward by steps into the inner court, and then on to the place where God’s glory rested. Your life, even now, is ascending toward His presence. The altar stood in the court as the place of sacrifice, and that is where you can lay these demands and every injustice, hand them over to Jesus, who Himself endured false accusation and an unjust trial for your sake. The glory of the Lord is not blocked by a courtroom ceiling; He will fill your situation with His peace as you entrust it to Him.

We join our faith with yours, asking God to supply the evidence, to give the judge supernatural discernment, and to restrain every attempt to oppress you further. May the courts see clearly the hidden reality of years of abuse. May you walk away not only free from unjust fees, but with a deep experience of Christ’s vindication and rest. He is your deliverer, and He will not fail you.
