Please pray against tension in my arm and shoulder

Please pray against tension in my left arm and shoulder. It was to stretched or consequence of stinge of bee yesterday. Any irritation and inflammation removed (from stinge).
I have a feeling of stopped circulation in my left arm. Thank You
