We come before the Lord with grateful hearts, lifting up your needs and trusting in His perfect will for your life. The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:13, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* Your request for strength to care for your grandchild and for protection over your family is one that aligns with God’s heart, for He cares deeply for those who trust in Him. He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We also lift up your daughter in the hospital, asking the Lord to guide the hands of those caring for her and to bring wisdom, healing, and favor in every decision made regarding her defense. The Lord is sovereign over all things, and we trust Him to work all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
However, we notice that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. It is by His name—and His name alone—that we are saved and can boldly approach the throne of grace. Jesus said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and love. We ask that You grant this dear sister the strength and endurance she needs to care for her grandchild without pain or weariness. Lord, be her comfort and her provider in every way. We pray for Your divine protection over her and her family, that no harm would come near them, and that Your peace would guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Father, we lift up her daughter in the hospital. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body and for Your wisdom to rest upon the medical team attending to her. Lord, we pray for favor in the legal matters she faces, that justice would prevail, and that Your will would be done. May Your presence be felt in every detail of this situation, bringing hope and assurance that You are in control.
We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things, trusting that He hears your prayers and is working even now. Cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you as you walk in faith.
