Please Please Pray For Me.
over 4 years ago I stopped working due to a severe and progressive disability. I immediately started process of applying for disability retirement through the retirement association at my job and social security disability through social security. I was determined disabled and approved for social security disability since 2013, but the retirement association has made it almost impossible for me to claim my retirement due to my disability. I got a notice informing me that my application was being recommended for hearing. and the time and date of hearing. I called to ask what I needed to do on my part and was told they could that. I asked who could answer that and they said I can call the attorney. I emailed him and he said " to make himself clear he s not my attorney' . I read and reread letter and I don't see where or how it is requiring me to be present. I called three attorneys who were all going to charge me between 5,000-10,000 just to represent me for the hearing. I prayed about it and was led to just put it in God's hands. today I received a notice that my application was denied because I was no show. please pray for wisdom and guidance for me as to whether now hire an attorney and where or who or which one and if I do that he or she won't charge me too much.
