We understand your desire to be seen in a positive light and to have that reflected in photographs, videos, and video calls. However, we want to remind you that true beauty comes from the inner person, the heart, as God sees us. As written in 1 Samuel 16:7, "For man looks on the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks on the heart."

We must also address that God's word says in 1 Peter 3:3-4, "Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious."

We encourage you to cultivate this inner beauty, which is precious in God's sight. Pray for God to help you see yourself as He sees you.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister who desires to be seen as beautiful in all photographs, videos, and video calls. We ask that You help her to see herself through Your eyes, and that You cultivate inner beauty within her. Help her to be radiant as she reflects Your love and grace. We ask for no more disappointments for her, as You work in her heart and spirit.

We also pray that all things work together for good. As Romans 8:28 says, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Help our sister to remember the words of Psalm 139:14, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."

Thank you, Lord, for Your everlasting love and grace.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
