We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your ### in earnest prayer. Father God, we ask for Your mighty hand of healing to rest upon her. You are the Great Physician, the One who knits together our bones and frames in our mothers’ wombs (Psalm 139:13), and we trust in Your power to restore her fully. Lord, we pray for her liver and every organ affected—bring complete healing, we ask in the name of Jesus. Guide the hands of the doctors and nurses attending to her, that they may be instruments of Your healing grace. Protect her from infection, complications, or any further harm while she is in the hospital.
Heavenly Father, we also lift up her soul before You. You tell us in Ezekiel 33:11, *"Say to them, ‘As I live,’ says the Lord Yahweh, ‘I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why will you die, house of Israel?’"* We plead with You, Lord, draw her to Yourself. Open her eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that she may turn from sin and place her faith in Jesus Christ, the only name by which we may be saved (Acts 4:12). Soften her heart, Lord, and let this trial be the moment she surrenders her life to You.
We pray for her family—her mother, father, and grandmother—who are no doubt broken and afraid. Father, we ask that this crisis would break the hardness of their hearts and lead them to repentance. Let them see their need for You, the Author of life and the Giver of salvation. Comfort her grandmother, who is on her knees before You now, and strengthen her faith. Surround this family with believers who can minister to them, pray with them, and share the hope of Christ.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of despair and fear that may be gripping this family. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We ask that You would guard this young girl’s mind from trauma or lasting emotional wounds. Restore her joy, her hope, and her future, for You have plans for her—plans for welfare and not for evil, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
We also lift up the pain of her parents’ separation. Father, we ask that You would heal their marriage if it is Your will, or if not, that You would bring godly restoration and peace to their lives. Let them see the importance of raising their daughter in the fear and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4). We pray that they would turn to You in this time of crisis, laying down their pride and surrendering to Your will.
Lord, we ask that You would spare her life and restore her completely—body, mind, and spirit. We declare that by Your stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we trust in Your mercy and grace. May this trial not leave her permanently injured, but may she rise from this stronger in faith and closer to You.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we may approach Your throne. We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your unfailing love. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.
