We hear your request for work to go well with good pricing and godly behavior, and we join you in seeking the Lord’s provision and favor. However, we must first address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, for Scripture tells us, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. Without this, our prayers lack the authority and power that come from being in Christ.
Now, concerning your work, we lift this before the Lord with faith. The Bible assures us, *"Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed"* (Proverbs 16:3). We pray that God would open doors of opportunity for you, granting wisdom in pricing and integrity in all your dealings. May He surround you with godly colleagues and clients who honor Him in their words and actions. Father, we ask for Your protection over this work—guard against dishonesty, greed, or any ungodly influences that may seek to corrupt it. Let Your favor rest upon it so that it may prosper for Your glory.
We also rebuke any spirit of anxiety or desperation that may be driving this request. The Lord does not want us to operate in fear but in faith, trusting that He will provide. *"Do not be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’... For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:31-33). Let your work be an act of worship, done as unto the Lord, not men.
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would bless this endeavor with success that honors You. May the pricing be fair, the behavior godly, and the outcomes a testimony to Your goodness. Protect this work from any schemes of the enemy, and let it be a light in the marketplace. We declare that no weapon formed against it shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against it in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). May Your peace and favor rest upon it, and may Your name be glorified in all things. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
